The amount of cream cheese inside my sushi was unappetizing. I didn't mind the crab on toppings when I looked at it (it was supposed to be inside) but when I bit into it, the cream cheese was super overwhelming I had to take it off and put the crab toppings inside, like it was supposed to be...I'm sorry for posting this bad review but this is the third time I got my order wrong.

We stopped by after checking out with our groceries to get some "fresh" made sushi for lunch. I even asked guy attending the front that if we ordered would it be made fresh..he assured me, "yes, yes". The sushi chef comes out walks to the front and picks out what we order from the already pre-made sushi.. attempts to put it in a black grocery bag to make it look like it was for someone else then moves over to the chef station to assemble the old pre-made sushi rolls on plates. The sever brought us our 3 rolls and the rice was cold and hard, the avocado was brown.
Tastes nasty didn't not want to eat day(s) old sushi when we purposely dinned it for fresh. Waste of money and time. Thankfully for them, I was tired and didn't want to cause s scene. Now I know and hopefully can warn others not to waste their time thinking they'll get fresh sushi when dining in. Not like they were busy, we were the only people in there...now I see why it's so slow and empty.

I'm not picky but it was kinda gross and service was weird. Worst sushi I've had in the area. Maybe it was just an off day.

Ordered door dash. Looked like gas station sushi. Wouldn’t recommend this place. There are way better sushi places

Some of the best sushi in northwest arkansas, I love eating and making sushi! My wife questioned sushi. After making her some, she was open to going to a real sushi joint and here we came to Hissho Sushi, she ate RAW FISH and loved it!! 2 days in a row sushi, we've loved everything on the menu so far! Just finished my mango tango writing this review ??

Ordered through DD, the pictures showed 16 pieces per maki roll so totally thought 2 orders would be plenty; when it finally got to me it was actually 8 pieces and they were satisfactory taste-wise but definitely disappointing proportions and false advertising TBH.

Just ate here today and the guys that was supposed to make my sushi (me thinking it was freshly made), he step out of his work area and got me a already packed sushi from who know what time. This place use to have a person making the sushi fresh after you order, specially if you eat ask to eat there.I will give 0 stars to them.

I needed a place to stop and have a business call, so I went here 12/08/23. I ordered salmon lovers roll and a vanilla latte. Nice large dining area that, in my opinion, should be full all of the time! Service was wonderful. Food was as good, possibly better than any other upscale sushi place, and the latte was better than Starbucks. Thank you for the opportunity to stop in.Yes, it's in Walmart, but it's totally worth the stop.

Ordered delivery. Was unaware they don’t make the sushi fresh to order. It’s more like it’s been sitting in the grocery store. The “fried rice” was white and mushy like mashed potatoes. Not worth the price tag! People use come here for beer.

The gentleman who prepares the sushi is great as always.Today we were let down by this location. We walked in and went to look for a seat. All the tables had some sort of crumbs on them. We were only customers in restaurant, and the person who would the server was sitting on the counter behind the bar. We sat at a table for a little bit of time trying to use the online order as no one had came to take our order like in times past. We came to the conclusion that the online wasn't working and went up to the order area. We mentioned that the online wasn't working and the lady Saif "oh yeah it hasn't been, but the table chargers work." After ordering and receiving our food we witnessed another employee come from the back and start eating behind the counter with her gloves on then wearing same gloves start preparing someone else's food. She then proceeded to continue to eat and then remove her gloves and then was preparing gloveless. As we were leaving the second employee was sitting back on the counter. If I would've witnessed the preparation from them with the glove situation I would have skipped ordering food from here.
