Staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable. Meat as a whole is higher in price everywhere, so for those who think their prices are high are correct it’s just on average for the area. Ivan’s probably has some of the best selection of brats in NWA, which are unique in their own way with great well rounded flavor. They offer bulk sales which helps on cost, but they don’t offer sides of beef as traditional shops once did. If you’re looking for a certain cut of meat they probably carry it as their selection is vast. Overall Ivan’s butcher shop is a top contender for the best in NWA.
