Put in an order for a portobello, philly steak sub at 2:15pm. Went in at 2:28pm to pick up and they didn’t get it made until 2:45pm. The receipt says pickup was 2:28pm. Food taste amazing but the wait was quite excessive. It wasn’t busy either.

We stopped in for lunch with our 5 yr old autistic grandson, which is usually an adventure and a challenge. I asked Patrick, the man helping us about a kids meal that had finger food for my grandson. I explained he had special needs and Patrick came from behind the counter to speak with me and offered to make him a wrap and cut it into pinwheels to make it easier for us. Talk about going above and beyond! The food was awesome as well as the service! Thanks so much!

I have to give a shoutout to Jersey Mike’s Subs in Rogers, AR—this place has become a favorite for me and my wife. The service here is always top-notch, and the team works like a well-oiled machine. You can tell the managers take pride in their staff, and it really shows in the way they operate.

I usually go for the 'Jersey Shore’s Favorite,' but I recently tried the 'Cancro Special,' and it’s become my new go-to. The all-natural oven-roasted top rounds and provolone pair perfectly with the pepperoni, creating this beautiful balance of flavors. Of course, I always get it Mike’s Way—because, let’s be real, it’s just better that way. The freshness and quality they deliver absolutely put it a cut above places like Jimmy John’s. There’s just no comparison.

My wife’s favorite is the 'Big Kahuna Cheese Steak,' and it’s a showstopper every time. It’s packed with double the meat, onions, peppers, mushrooms, jalapeños, and extra white cheese. The layers of flavor in every bite are so well done—it’s a proper comfort food experience. You can feel the attention to detail in every sandwich they make.

Jersey Mike’s is doing something special with their subs. I really appreciate the craftsmanship that goes into each one. If you’re looking for a sub that hits all the right notes, this place is where you want to be.

The employees are very kind, however, every single time I come into this establishment, I'm never acknowledged until they have their call-in pickup orders handled. I will literally wait about 10 minutes looking at my sandwiches next to the register while they're gathering pick up orders.

My husband and I usually enjoy our Jersey Mike's at the Bentonville location. However, today we were closer to the one in Rogers, so we went there. They were extremely busy. However, it took over 45 minutes from the time we ordered till the time we got our food. And even then, my dish wasn't right. I ordered a salsa Verde bowl and there was no salsa on it. I mainly got onions and hardly any peppers and I ordered jalapeños and got about 5. To top things off, the guy at the register would get sandwiches on the counter to give to waiting customers and wouldn't even deal with him. I felt like he was more interested in moving tickets aside for the online order lady and the grill guy. One guy had an order and it sat on the counter for a solid 10 minutes before he asked if it was ready. Also, the grill guy made one order at a time. 1 order when his tickets were completely full! We will never visit this location again!

I was having eye surgery in Rogers and my husband and I had been wanting to try Jersey Mike's. It was an adventure finding the place, but man, am I glad we found them!!! When they say "a sub above the rest"....they're not kidding! Everything is SO fresh! The bread has a good chew to it! And the staff were so friendly and worked well together! We've been back several times since then (eye surgery takes weeks)....and it's always a treat to pick up Mike's while we're there!

Update: Evidently according to the manager it is I who should choose kindness and not the employee in question. Apparently when young men speak badly about female clients in front of other female clients, even looking through them while talking to their employees and even garnishing sympathy from other male clients... Apparently it's the female patron who should be tsk tsk'd for daring to be outspoken.

It goes without saying that I couldn't be paid to step foot into this establishment again. I just went there to get my kiddo a sandwich he liked. Megan, you and yours can continue living in your woman hating, victim blaming cave. I don't know what you think the origins are of the term of incel, but let me enlighten you. Those who it refers to came up with it themselves, and over time they've let it be known what they're about. Don't slap me on the wrist because your adult employees don't know how to act in public, much less how to be welcoming hosts to patrons.

Civility has its place. Don't confuse the lack of it with someone calling out the lack of it.

I brought my child here. He likes to visit with his grandparents. The sandwich is fine and I won't be back.

The entire time we've been here, an irate employee has been loudly complaining about a woman who called. Evidently she called him stupid and hung up. I haven't gathered much else except that for a moment when I was ordering I thought he was talking to me when he said " I told her if she felt unsafe to call the police" while looking right through me. The guy seemed unhinged and his coworkers are either commiserating or too scared/complacent with his lack of professionalism and social skills to say anything.
He had no problem being kind to the male clients in the place and even got one to side with him on "women" and "the way the world is". At best it was just another awkward and uncomfortable moment in sexist America. At worst it was a real life scene of incel nation. Never again.

I paid $13 for a hot sandwich bowl. You could see the bottom of the bowl, food was cold, and the avocado was BROWN.
