I called about a reservation, and the woman that picked up ignored me and joked around with coworkers while I could still hear her. I was on the phone for a solid 10 minutes until I hung up and re-dialed. Which at that point they declined my calls consistently. This is a shitty excuse for a crew. Respect isn’t very common these days 🤷♀️. If you’re thinking about going to JJ’s, pick another location. To add, I love JJ’s. But this one has never cared for their customers in the slightest.

Experience would’ve been great but Cheyenne was a poor excuse for a manager. I don’t know who does the hiring here but Cheyenne had the worst attitude she was very disrespectful. Our food came out wrong and she did the bare minimum to fix the situation. We always love jj’s rogers but don’t know if we’ll be back after this.

I was wanting Philly cheesesteak and boy did I find it at JJs grill. People from Philadelphia would be very proud! My bar tender miss Devan was very on time with everything an a great smile! ;-)
