After waiting for an hour and half to be seated, we had to ask multiple staff to change a channel to watch the basketball game. Finally asked again and the gentleman threw his hands up and said oops sorry got side tracked. Finally got our food, no bucket for scraps, had to hunt down our waitress multiple times for refills, ran out of potatoes didn’t offer us a substitute until we asked and only received a couple eggs. We did not feel welcome and felt rushed out. They gave flowers out to other tables at the end of the night, we asked about them and staff seemed annoyed and then brought our table some. Ten minutes before closing they shut off all there so we couldn’t watch the game. Closed down all but one sink so we had to wait to wash our hands. This all happened before closing time. We won’t be going back.

It was my first time visiting Juicy Tails this weekend with my mom and wow!!! It was amazing!! We tried the fresh raw oysters, snow crab and clams in the broil, and the key lime pie! Everything was absolutely amazing and tasted incredible! The staff were very friendly and gave top tier service. We ordered the “woo pig sooie” sauce and chose medium heat, there was a lot of sauce for the amount of food that was given but that’s completely okay! And honestly if you want a light kick I’d get a higher level heat. The food you chose to order goes by the pound and it’s about $13 a pound for most of the add ons. I think this place definitely has an affordable price for the quality that they give! The key lime pie was very very good, I think it was a frozen pie so just keep in mind it isn’t a house made. The place was very comfortable and has booths that can comfortably fit 4 people. The bathrooms are interesting 😂 the doors are open at the bottom and have a fogged window on the door, I think that was the only thing that made me a little worried especially when I clearly saw someone’s hand there. The sinks are shared and have big mirrors along the wall! I will 100% visit again!

not my favorite place that’s for sure.. hostess look miserable, not to mention how terrible the service is. Everybody is yelling and cursing in the restaurant. I’m disappointed not to mention the food looks like it came off the kitchen floor and this is not fresh whatsoever.

Food was amazing! Me & my husband shared the juicy fest or feast (something like that) & it was delicious. Lobster, shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and the absolute BEST corn i have ever eaten. It's pricey, but it's worth it! Not a big place, good vibes, great service.

Our family celebrated our birthdays this year at juicy tails. each family member had different servers at the same juicy tails location. Our dinners were very good most errors were staff related. I had same dinner each visit shrimp, salad and fried rice. Grands had favorites on the menu and birthday desserts. Snow crab to Gator fried oreos are a treat each enjoyed thank you for making each persons birthday dinner special.

It was my birthday and I wanted a seafood boil. I picked the right place. We built our own with shrimp, crab legs, sausage, corn and potatoes. We had charbroiled oysters for an appetizer. I had a choice of a free dessert. I chose fried Oreos with vanilla ice cream. They were delicious. Our waiter was amazing! We really enjoyed this place.

My youngest son kept asking me for bagged crab and shrimp. Decided to try this place and was not disappointed! We both got Cajun garlic mild. He got ala carte Crab, shrimp, potato, corn, and egg. I got the lobster meal it comes with everything pictured for one price. We also added bread which is a must! You can dip it in your sauce! Service was top notch and I'm teaching my son about tipping and the receipt gives suggestions for 15,20,25 percents. I asked him how much we should tip and he said 30% haha, worth it all day. Our tab was $160 with tip.

The food was overcooked. Our waiter came twice and we waited 20 minutes to get our check. They didnt seem happy we were there. Would not recommend.

The food is always very fresh and delicious. We love Crawfish, and they prepare it just right every time, whether ordering the etoufee, gumbo, or the boil. They also have many other dishes that are excellent, and the service is always great.
