The chicken had a salty taste. the bottom of the bucket had a large amount of oil. I picked up a thigh grease was all over my hand, i put on paper towel and absorb a lot of the grease . I don’t know why it was so bad tonight . It tasted like the oil wasn’t hot enough or something but very disappointing for valentines. We threw half the chicken away . I won’t go to another KFC again
Unable to post a picture of the bottom of the bucket before I threw it away with four of the 8 pieces of chicken . The manager should be ashamed to serve this quality of food.

Horrible experience. Incompetent and extremely rude staff. Chicken was oily plus they gave me what looks like a half eaten chicken tender.

I'm so angry, I have lived in Rogers for years and this place has always been a staple but I haven't been in a while and my experience was horrible I waited for my food for over 40 minutes for a simple bucket , five cars gor there food before I did . As I sat there car after car was coming and going with there fresh food . I got greasy cold chicken that I waited on for again over 40 minutes they gave a cold cake to compensate me for 40 minutes of waiting, if you want good food go to another KFC, THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE

People are so rude manager looking like he wanted to fight me in the store did not greet me walks right pass me staring me down waited 10 min for hot fries but a hella expired sandwich felt like chewing cardboard nasty af never come here it’s trash

All we do is pay more for less and what we do get so processed it's actually killing us sooner

Got off work at 6:30. We're having some snowfall but nothing major. Haven't been to KFC in well over 10 years so I said why not. They had no chicken
No fries. I said to myself I understand since we're supposed to get more snow. I tell the girl at the window to give me the tenders she has and some nuggets with a side of mashed potatoes a d gravy and a Pepsi. The total was 15 dollars and some change. I don't know the exact amount bc I didn't get my receipt. I get home and see my food and there's no way this is worth $15!!! It's 3 tenders the size of my finger and and 5 nuggets smaller than my thumb. And all the chicken is old and dry.Never coming back again. $15 worth of food at Popeyes would have been 3 times the amount. Very disappointing.

Kid-friendliness: The drive through lady greets customers with “KFC, it’s gonna be a few minutes” in a rude tone… this has happened to me twice.

Went through the drive-thru to get a simple three-piece crispy meal and was told by Carrie Clement that crispy chicken wasn't an option. Not we have some in the fryer and it'll be so much time it was just you're not getting it. This was at 2:30 on a Wednesday when there was only one customer inside and nobody else in the drive-thru and nobody waiting for food. I called to get the manager's phone number and she also refused to give me the managers contact information. Therefore I was refused probably the most popular item on the menu and refused the contact information for the manager because obviously they didn't want to be held responsible for their laziness and shortcomings. I've been a patron of this restaurant for over 25 years and find this just absolutely unacceptable. I could understand if it was a busy time of day and they had someone in the fryer and it might be 10 minutes but that was not the case. Was absolutely refused.

Went there tonight they messed my order up 2 times on stuff I didn’t get that I ordered I’m out like 5$ on a 27$ order for something I didn’t even get after I went in to the store to get corrected I called the store 8 times trying to talk a manager this store needs to get there crap together if you like wasting money and not getting your whole order and wasting your time to talk to someone here’s the place.

I'm currently at 20 minutes waiting for a number 3 combo.. but they made sure to charge me for the honey mustard sauce.... Where's KFC ever? Never coming again. Colonel Sanders would flip over in his grave

This particular KFC has proven itself over and over to be a failure. I have NEVER gotten a correct order from this one, through Doordash or the drive thru. I can't even get them on the phone. It just rings and rings. The owners should be pretty proud of this operation.
