They were EXTREMELY RUDE. They talked over us, didnt allow us to speak and were absolutely horrible! Not to mention they didnt offer sauces for our 2 chicken tender combos and did not give sauces either. Will not come back. Do not recommend. Do not come here! Terrifible!

So went through KFC here in Roger's. Wanted a 6 peace meal with a side. When I found out how much it was . Wow. 54 dollars. That's crazy. What? Are there chicken made of gold

KFC use to be the BUMB BUT NOW. IT SEEMS LIKE YOU GETTING WINGETTES,DRUMETTES, AND HALF A BREAST OR THIGH. SO SMALL. THEN WHEN YOU SPEAK ON IT. ITS NOT UNDER OUR CONTROLL ( ACCOMMODATIONS) MAKE MY MEAL FEEL LIKE A WHOLE MEAL AND NOT HALF OF ONE. BECAUSE THE PRICE IS FULL. BET YEA THAT 😎💪🏾

I pull up to get original kfc chicken meal and the wait to have chicken is 1 hour. This is ridicules how are u gonna pull up on a fast joint restaurant and wait 1 hour for ur food especially the one the restaurant specializes in???

I was hungry and too lazy to cook. Went in put in my order and was on my way home in a few minutes. Atmosphere is a 5 star because of the worker's, they're so kind and funny. They made waiting fun. Great job you guys we appreciate you!

Avoid this disaster at all costs! Do not order through app. Do not try to order in store or drive through. You will be waiting up to an hour and sometimes longer. My last visit there was nobody communicating with customers to explain delays. One gentleman waited 45 minutes just to order. 2 other customers waited over an hour for their orders. All the app and Dasher orders were 45 mins+. Even the drive through was backed up waiting but they were getting their orders quicker it seemed.

All along the manager/supervisor would NOT talk to any of the customers. She does this every time. All the waiting customers were talking about it and their past experiences with this store. She has lost her way and is just trying to survive the shifts. It is obvious that the owners/franchisees do not care about the store.

The service was very poor I demanded my money back and went to Popeyes I would rather pay twice the price for an eight piece of chicken only rather than to put up with incompetent employees that was using profanity and very very unprofessional

Arrived to pick up my online order. Young man with a greasy ponytail informed me it would be an hour for the original recipe I had ordered and asked if extra crispy would be OK. I said it would, then he informed me that we would be short breasts. I reminded him that the order was for all dark meat. He seemed very put out at this even though it allowed him to fulfill the order immediately.

When I got home with my mixed bucket of original and extra crispy 12 piece, I found there were only 4 biscuits; not the 6 that should have come with the order. The sides all met expectations.

If I could I would put negative Stars I'm incredibly upset I drove all the way from Lowell to Rogers because I was craving KFC I ordered a three-piece meal with two breasts and a wing my chicken was soggy and taste of like old oil and when I called to ask the manager whose name was Mariah about it instead of offering any kind of help she just proceeded to argue with me and tell me that I was wrong and then got an attitude with me and cut me off to ask me if there was anything else she could help me with I told her she hadn't helped me to begin with and she hung up on me definitely will not be back here we'll be looking for new chicken place
