The manager Anna is rude and she will jot dig through a bag to give yoh white meat. This is unacceptable some people cant eat dark meat.

Tonight a couple minutes ago we went to the store and ordered 12 pieces chicken meal they told us we had to wait 20 minutes and we told them ok but after 30 minutes we went to the window to ask if our order was ready and they said we should wait longer, about 5 minutes later they came out to our car to ask what we had ordered and it seems like they had forgotten our order, after another 20 minutes a man brought the order to the car and just threw it in the window and said goodnight and left in an offensive manner, our order was incomplete, very bad service on their part and a very bad way to treat the people who come to buy and pay their salaries, We paid $40 to get 11 pieces when the combo was 12 and to end up they give us this garbage as pieces of the order.

Wow.. sad to have to check your bag when you only ordered mashed potatoes and gravy... they managed to leave out the gravy

Wow! Wish I could give you 7 stars! Has there been a change in management at the Rogers location?? We expected the same small mediocre chicken pices and stale biscuits weve had for YEARS -- but were shocked at the freshness and quality of the chicken and sides! Soft fluffy biscuits & the gravy was perfect. So impressed! We'll be back soon!

If a zero star was an option that’s what I would give. Waited for over 10 minutes to get food and still wasn’t ready and we were the ONLY people there. Service was absolutely horrendous, staff was sub par. Do yourself a favor and never go to KFC again. Worst experience ever.

This was the worst service no cars in drive thru took awhile to respond to take our order when that time comes to place our order cannot get original chicken only crispy still no one in line ask us to pull up and still wait at least 10 mins also drive thru windows are very filthy not kept up we like KFC will not go there again to this location

The food was great, but the chicken pieces looked horribly mangled. The chicken appeared to be made by a 12 year-old just learning to make fried chicken. The coating fell apart on all but 2 pieces. I bought the 14- piece Meal with a KFC coupon. Great buy. However, I just received today's MEAL coupon for KFC (one couple includes 2 sides and 8 pieces for $18.99), the other 2 coupons do have 3 sides and are a 12-piece for $25.99 and a 20-piece for $38.99). I'm going back to buying from Walmart again. Sorry. I love KFC, but not with these prices. Also, I was the second person in line. The first person just scooted forward and waited. After me, 3 extra cars parked on the side of the building and waited. No one in the regular parking area. Just people in drive-thru.

Drive-thru, Rude, Chicken super small pieces and old, no flavor fake mashed potatoes with runny gravy, absolutely unacceptable for an outrageous price. This location has been terribly bad consistently and really needs new management.

Prob the worst kfc I've ever been too. Chicken is always soggy or old. Tastes like old oil or stale chicken. We usually love kfc anywhere for quick easy meals, but this one always lets us down. Kept giving it another chance but its always the same. Especially around dinner time. One time we were waiting 1 hr even after submitting the order early. Even ordering via door dash, they always have to let us know they're still waiting. Miss a good service kfc with fresh fried chicken.

The workers there are always very nice and attentive. TY for being nice.
The food on the other hand is not so good. I moved to AR a few years ago and I have tried KFC a bunch of times. The first two times I was there it was decent. The last few times it was so bad I couldn't even tell what pieces of chicken I received. The Mac and cheese was so old and discolored, you guys know what I mean! The gravy was so congealed, like pudding! I was so angry the last time, I said I would never go back. I'm sad because KFC was a memory of my childhood. I spent over $35 for 8 pieces of chicken Mac and cheese and gravy. What a RIP OFF! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO KFC!!!!!

My entire order was wrong called up to the store and they told me to bring it back I'm on lunch and did not have the time. I asked her to please talk to her line workers because this is the 3rd time this establishment has messed up my order. The manager hung up on me tried to call back refused to answer the phone. Will be reporting this place yet again. Shame on the people that work there 50 dollars they messed up and won't answer for. DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND POOR ATTITUDES FOR ALL STAFF.

Couple of employees are very nice, but the managers attitude is so rude, with customers and employees aswell, this was my fourth and last time i patronize this location, due to how the rude manager talks to customers and employees, she should be retrained on her people skills or moved to other KFC location.
