I ordered on DoorDash and was missing half of my order. No it wasn’t the dashers fault the bag was tightly closed. I also tried to call and no one picked up. Would not recommend coming to this location.

Wish I could give zero stars. Food was cold and service was bad. Manager lied about the price difference of the meal that I actually wanted because she didn't want to give me it. This location used to be good but it hasn't been in many years. If I want Fried Chicken I will go somewhere else or make it myself.

We ordered a $20 bucket. At the window, we were given food we did not order and refused a refund. The manager of this building also has a history of being verbally (and sometimes physically) abusive to customers. Avoid this restaurant at all costs.

Wife ordered an 8 piece bucket meal and recieved a 4 piece family fill up box instead. when she complained to the manager she was told they would not correct the issue and also refused to refund her money. The french fries were old and cold and same with the biscuits. The manager was very rude about the whole situation. I would not recomend eating at this location, unless you enjoy bad service and rude behavior.

Went in about 20 minutes ago. Got an 8 piece. The man at the counter acted like me being there was a serious inconvenience. Both my son and I wanted dark meat and for our sides mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese. My son really emphasized on the Mac n cheese. That man kept over talking and I just wanted to make sure it was an 8 piece because I thought the price was…rather cheap. And he barks at me “It’s a meal”. And steps off. Get home, no Mac n cheese and instead Cole slaw. The chicken tasted like it had been in the warmer for a while. No butter. Nothing. I will not be returning to this location because the employees not only seem miserable but also cannot get a simple order correct.

Pulled up at the drive thru.The lady asked for my order. I asked for a 8 PC meal. She replied that it would be 25 to 30 min because she only had wings and breast. I told her that would be fine to fill the order with that. She replied there would be an up charge. I replied that I am not sure why since it's not my fault She was out of the other prices.she replied that it was not her fault either. I really didn't know what to say. So I drove off and went to Popeyes chicken. Not sure I will ever go back......
It's crazy how long you wait for your food here while no one is at the store, plus the attitude the girl gives on the drive thru speaker. Left the sauces out of my bag to top it off. Gotta love the minimum wage mindset of some people.

Drive thru order. We had three of the original 12 pc. nugget combos. If you want the KFC experience, get the meals. BUT, if you need a quick bite and want that KFC taste, by all means get the nugget combos. KFC flavor in a convenient to eat package. Choice of side, a biscuit, 12 KFC nuggets, 2 sauces, and drink. Blows away everyone elses nuggets, and some tasty fries too.
