Is it my fault for not sitting down and opening up the burrito before leaving?
I assumed a queen burrito NO rice , double bean + ground beef should be a simple request - one which the Bentonville location does perfectly every time.
2 ingredient burrito (if you don't count the cilantro) was the opposite of what I ordered. ? I'm not usually this upset over food orders but this was my special treat for the week.
went out of my way to stop by this location for a special lunch burrito ? it was not what I ordered. full of rice absolutely no bean.
I'm assuming the kitchen staff didn't bother to read the SUB notes ??
If you go to this location CHECK YOUR ORDER FOLKS!!
(In the picture, I scraped out a lot of rice but it already mixed in with the meat. Tried adding smooshed black beans but it wasn't the same ?)

The customer service is very bad, there is no friendliness and the bitter women like to ask for credit. One goes to the window one and it takes up to 10 minutes to grab the money very bad bad attitude it's not just once it's been many times I'm not coming back
