Our love affair with King Burrito began during the covid lockdown. We went at least 3 times a week. Always received good food and service. Recently, something has changed there in the past 9 months. The Asada tacos are made with hard, dry meat. The breakfast plates have shrank and are definitely not worth the price. We feel the staff doesn't really listen when your ordering, nor do they care if they get your order correct. I realize the staff and customer service problem is most everywhere these days, due to that generation being extremely lazy.

Walked across the parking lot from my hotel to try them out. I'm picky as is, but this place was straight grody. They wouldn't mix meats or sauces. I went to Taqueria Michocan which was much better.

A business associate brought me here for lunch. It has quickly become one of my favorite places in Northwest Arkansas. The food was brought out very quickly and our service was outstanding. I wish I had a King Burrito close to home.
