The service was poor and my order was also poorly made, when I asked the lady to fix it and agreed I'd pay extra she went to the back and didn't include what I had agreed to pay extra for. The raspado I ordered tasted like water. I was completely disappointed. I will NOT be returning!
And I explained multiple times BEFORE ordering how I wanted my order made.

The employee who was working the night of 12/29, her attitude was horrible. I asked her to please put more mayonnaise since she didn't put ANYTHING...it seems like they were charging her for the mayonnaise and cheese from her check!!! Save your money and go somewhere else!

Dudes and dudets!!!!!! I had the best Rum Raisin ice cream of my life!!!!! Bluebell ain’t got nothing on this place. Michoacana Ice Cream & Bubble Tea in Rogers Arkansas might be my fave ice cream in NWA!!!! Come try it for yourself :)

The place smells a lot of grease. I visited with my family and it smelled a lot of grease. I told the girl and she told me it was because she didn't have the smoke extractor on.

Amazing selection for Mexican snacks! Unfortunately when it’s really busy they don’t have enough staff to get you your snacks quicker. We love the true Mexican ice cream selection. There is also food options to order from.
