There's never anything ready. It doesn't matter if we stop by at noon, 3, nine pm, doesn't matter. I'm not sure why there is never a hot and ready .... Ready. I think this is there only advantage if there is one and this place drops the ball Everytime.

I'm not sure what happened to this particular Little Caesars, but for the past two times now they've been out of pizza. Consistently do not have hot and ready and I'm told that it'll be a 30 plus minute. Wait to get a single pepperoni pizza. The young man that I've now had meet me at the window twice is incredibly unhelpful and just tells me that it's too busy for me to get my food. This particular store needs to be under New Management.

I ordered one pizza then asked if they could bring it to my car when it was ready, I was told yes. I sat in my car for 30 minutes before going inside to find out my order was ready 15 minutes earlier, not sure why it's hard to follow simple directions especially when my car is in plain view from the counter. Pizza was luke warm when it was given to me, very annoyed as this location is ONLY good when the store manager is there.

I used to like going to this place but lately it's been taken over by a bunch of young kids that don't know what they're doing Pizza is never ready kids have poor attitude and it's always joking around and horse playing.

If you order online and are told the estimated pickup time, don't believe it, as these people who work in the store are usually rude and rudely tell you that you have to wait 30 minutes longer than you already waited and that your order was supposed to be ready by that time. I really don't recommend ordering online to this location, and I don't even recommend coming to this store because they're so rude and the food tastes weird, which makes you wonder if they're actually hygienic.

Called this location over 12 times just to get a pizza order. Which I ended up not being able to do because no one answered the phone. Had to show up there when I only have 30 mins of a break to get a pizza for My work crew. And then turned around and had to wait 35 mins for my food. The person at the window did not know English and had to get someone else just for me to order a pizza which just extended the wait time on the food. I do not recommend going here! The pizza is good but the customer service just isn’t worth it. The worker that was an elder gentleman was carrying the place shoutout to him.
Tried to call like 10 times to make an order then tried to order online and it wouldn’t work. So we came up here a went threw drive and they literally didn’t have a menu and the speaker didn’t work so we went to the front window. And finally someone answered she told us she knew no English. And then a guy came he barely knew English. he acted like he didn’t even know what he was doing. It’s one of the worst places I’ve been to. No wonder we don’t have lot of little Caesars around and they aren’t busy cause no one wants to deal with that. they let it get run down.
