Loaded from them on September 05, 2024, 6 pallets for 2 deliveries. They loaded quickly in about 15 minutes, I spent more time securing the load.
In general, I arrived on time, was fifth in line, waited about 30 minutes for my turn, I had no documents, only a text message - an order from the dispatcher.
When it’s your turn, the truck driver’s boss calls you; you show the information, how many pallets and delivery addresses, then she prints the documents and orders the truck drivers to load.
I work normally, everything is to the point and without unnecessary movements.
