Wonderful rooftop restaurant and bar close to the new Hotel Avail Roger’s Hilton Tapestry Collection. The Mahi ceviche and plush outdoor seating made me think I was in Miami. Wonderful service too! Highly recommend this hidden gem in Arkansas!!

Went for cocktails on the roof. BEWARE OF CHARGES FOR MARTINIS OR COCKTAILS THAT REQUIRE SHAKING….Menu lists Ketel One $10. When check came, The charge for martini was $11(not $10)+$4.50. I inquired about the $4.50 charge. Was told by the server that “the $4.50 was for shaking the cocktail and the olives.” WTH??? So, my 2 martinis ended up being $31 pre-tax. If the martini is $15.50, just list it as such. No problem. The menu is misleading. Won’t go back. *** Our server was great•••

We have been to Loma before and LOVED it. We came back tonight for a date night and overheard that they were understaffed. The manger Alex was amazing- we saw him doing every job. He hosted, bartended, and bused tables. Every single staff member that was there was working so hard and it was still a wonderful experience! Food was amazing as always but the staff going above and beyond when they were understaffed made it even better. I want the owners to know that who they had staffed tonight deserves recognition. They each spoke highly of the owners. We appreciate a locally owed place especially when it is owed by great people! We will continue to pick Loma for our date nights!
We showed up a few minutes early for our reservation and waited outside, but no one came to let us know our table was ready. Once seated, it took a long time just to get tiny water glasses with no refills unless we asked repeatedly.
We ordered two entrees and found out 40 minutes later that one (the most popular dish) wasn’t available. We ended up sharing one entree just to avoid waiting again. To top it off, we were still charged for the unavailable dish and had to ask for it to be removed.
The staff seemed overwhelmed, even though the restaurant was half empty. Overall, it felt chaotic and unprofessional. We won’t be back.

For the price, you can get better elsewhere for less. I expected a high end Mexican restaurant, it was far from that. I got two enchiladas for $29. If the flavor was better than a normal tex mex restaurant, then I would justify the price. Service was fantastic, I will say they were very attentive and even provided feedback on recommendations. Atmosphere was pretty average for what I was expecting. The outside are looked nice but inside was nothing special. Spend your money elsewhere if you want some high end Mexican food.

We made a reservation a week ahead of time and they Called us four hours before the reservation on our anniversary day to say we can’t come because they had a private event come up … Don’t rely on reservations here. Unsure why they make reservations when they can’t even keep up with their own schedule
A perfect night at LOMA!
LOMA in Rogers is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how beautiful the restaurant is—elegant, modern, and inviting. Our waitress, Olivia, was truly outstanding. She was warm, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish.
We started with the guacamole and chips—fresh, flavorful, and the perfect start to the meal. My husband had the rib eye, our son had the filet, and I ordered the ahi tuna. Every dish was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The cocktails were just as impressive—beautifully crafted and delicious.
LOMA delivered on every level: service, atmosphere, and exceptional food. We’ll definitely be back!

The food was absolutely delicious! The enchiladas were rich and flavorful, the mole had the perfect balance of spice and sweetness, and the carnitas were tender and full of taste.

This place was amazing. We went for the morning menu. The fried avocado things were super delicious. They have a red sauce that comes out with the street tacos that was super good. Overall upscale style delicious.

Like, not love. The surrounding building/complex is a mess, but Loma has a nice section carved out and they leverage it well. Haven't been disappointed by any food or drink selection, just disappointed that they're confined to the monstrosity that is their overall building (stairs inaccessible, elevator is only a few years old but feels and moves like its ancient, instable walkways and paths to the restaurant, etc.).

Such a beautiful location on a roof top. Roger pinnacle location surrounded by others. I've had great customers service easy reservations, quick calling in and service. Appetizers phenomenal won't get you full and very variety to share on the meanwhile recommend the chicharron with guacamole plate. Ceviche delicious and the amount it's enough with chips on side. Virgin or alcoholic drinks tasteful and refreshing. Desert flan it's a handful amount to share and enjoy within 3 people max very fluffy and full caramelized.

🌇 Loma Rooftop Dining Experience
Golden hour, a rooftop breeze, and amazing food—what more could you ask for? The raw tuna was fresh and flavorful with just the right touch of wasabi. The grilled shrimp was perfectly charred and juicy—so good that I’d love to see grilled octopus on the menu next! The chef’s choice of hen was a pleasant surprise—tender and full of flavor. Dessert was a highlight too: the flan had a firm, rich texture that reminded me of homemade versions from my childhood.
As if the food wasn’t enough, Loma’s outdoor deck offers a rare treat—you can watch the sunset and full moon at the same time. 🌅🌕
And a special shoutout to Kate, our lovely waitress, who added a warm and friendly touch to the evening.

Finally made it here, I have tried to get reservations several times but always been booked. Thought we were in the wrong place as the building has so much construction going on. The restaurant is beautifully done in classy Caribbean I would calm it. We started with cocktails and my Manhattan and my wife's margarita were very good. I started with the tortilla soup, it was full of chicken and pretty spicey. A little bit more and this could have been an entire meal. My wife had the fresh guacamole and loved it. Then my wife had the seafood enchiladas and it was a nice change from the standard enchilada. I had the Barbacoa, a beef rib. It was very tender and seasoned very well, a delicious dish. We were so full we had no room for desserts. Service was excellent and price was on the higher side but not terrible.
Excellent food, great service and a fun vibe.
