Food is always excellent here. I love the atmosphere, one of the few places you can go and it is quiet enough to have a conversation with the person you are with.

This was my first time visiting a LongHorn, so I didn't know what to expect, but I had a great experience.The free bread and butter at the start was warm and soft. Then we got the spinach dip for a starter, which was fantastic. The bread pieces were so crispy they were basically chips, which I loved. For my entree I got the 6oz filet with a loaded baked potato and salad for the sides. The filet was seasoned very well, and perfectly medium rare. The baked potato was great as well, having the perfect ratio of potato to fillings. Finally, we finished everything off with the molten lava cake and it was just as good as everything else we had that night.Service was amazing. Our waitress (sorry I don't remember her name) checked on us frequently, making sure our drinks were never empty. She also answered every question I had about the menu. I have no complaints for the entire evening.

Came in to place a to-go order for lunch. Waited several minutes before being approached by the bartender that takes to-go orders. Finally placed my order he took my name, phone number and said he would have to put the order in before I could pay. He walked off and I went to make a call outside. I came back roughly 15 mins later to check on my order to find out that no order was even placed! When I asked why he replied “you left so I didn’t think you wanted to order anymore”. If there was any doubt they should have called. Service was terrible and it wasn’t even busy, while the manger sat next to me eating his lunch and had no interest in resolving the issue.

Walked in to place a to go order for lunch. Which has to be placed at the bar no big deal. Bartender was extremely inconvenienced by us wanting to place an order and kept us waiting for 15 minutes until the hostess brought us a menu. Bartender kept starting to help us and would leave without saying anything numerous amounts of times. Finally placed our order he took our name and phone number we asked if we could pay now he said no when it’s all ready he started putting our order in then got interrupted by someone in the back and had to leave again without saying or acknowledging us. We came back 15 minutes later manager asks how he can help us which we explained we’re here to pick our order. bartender finally shows back up and says “your back!” I thought you guys just left. No we placed our order gave you our info YOU walked away from us. Did not get any food nor did they try to rectify situation terrible service and management
