Once they got to me they said they haven’t even started on it yet even though it was past the “promised time.” Guy is touching all the food, answering the phone, scratching his head and not wearing gloves. There is a pizza just on the floor in the kitchen. Bad service over all. The one in Bentonville is better.

I'm sorry, I had to cancel my order after seeing how they answer the phone and don't know how to wash their hands. They have pizza on the floor. I understand that they were silent, but they put it in a trash container. My order took more than 30 minutes and they can't have someone who at least receives you and tells you how much longer your order will take.

Best pizza in our area. I was tired of the Pizza Hut, Domino's, and others' greasy pizza. Tried Marco's pizza over a year ago and have not gone back to the others. Their price is a bit higher, but a much better product. With their customer appreciation, there are always some type of discount coupons.

I was overcharged for a medium deluxe pizza. I was told one price over the phone when I made the order, but the menu board inside the location and the prices online were less than what I paid. When I got home, there was a hair on the pizza and another inside the dough. We were so hungry we didn't notice until we were halfway finished. It's a shame because this location has always been great.

First and last time we will ever patronize this business. This was by far the worst pizza and customer service I’ve encountered in some time. We ordered at 4:38 pm and didn’t get our pizza until 5:56 pm…and when I went in to get our order 4 DIFFERENT STAFF MEMBERS made eye contact and completely ignored me. Finally, I had to ask them to help me and he was rude about it. Then we get home and realize we didn’t even get our tea that came with the meal! And to top it all off the pizza was so cold, bland and disgusting it went into the dumpster. What a complete waste of $30. Y’all are worse than Eureka Pizza and that’s really saying something. Never again. ?

Overall a clean store with friendly staff. We ordered a pizza and cheesybread from Marco's for the first time. The man behind the counter helped us decide the best order for our preference and everything was great. We waited inside for our order which was quickly received.

All done. We've been ordering Marco's for years. The last few months we have stopped due to numerous inaccurate orders, missing toppings, no crust seasoning, a missing soda, missing dipping cups (that we paid extra for), website not working, etc. Tried one last time tonight. Ordered our pizza for delivery at 7:12 p.m., with an expected delivery of 7:42 p.m. Called at 8:30 p.m. Pizza had not even been made, order could not be located. Employee blamed it on a computer glitch 30 minutes ago, but our pizza should have been delivered before any such glitch. I love your pizza, but we won't be back until you guys hopefully figure it out. This was not just tonight, this is a reoccurring theme.

This was our 1st visit. We were both disappointed in the atmosphere, it was very cold and our food suffered from that. Also the tomatoe sauce was not tasteful. We enjoy Coke products and you offered none. It is not likely we will return. Donna Kingston.
