First and last time we will ever patronize this business. This was by far the worst pizza and customer service I’ve encountered in some time. We ordered at 4:38 pm and didn’t get our pizza until 5:56 pm…and when I went in to get our order 4 DIFFERENT STAFF MEMBERS made eye contact and completely ignored me. Finally, I had to ask them to help me and he was rude about it. Then we get home and realize we didn’t even get our tea that came with the meal! And to top it all off the pizza was so cold, bland and disgusting it went into the dumpster. What a complete waste of $30. Y’all are worse than Eureka Pizza and that’s really saying something. Never again. ?

Overall a clean store with friendly staff. We ordered a pizza and cheesybread from Marco's for the first time. The man behind the counter helped us decide the best order for our preference and everything was great. We waited inside for our order which was quickly received.

All done. We've been ordering Marco's for years. The last few months we have stopped due to numerous inaccurate orders, missing toppings, no crust seasoning, a missing soda, missing dipping cups (that we paid extra for), website not working, etc. Tried one last time tonight. Ordered our pizza for delivery at 7:12 p.m., with an expected delivery of 7:42 p.m. Called at 8:30 p.m. Pizza had not even been made, order could not be located. Employee blamed it on a computer glitch 30 minutes ago, but our pizza should have been delivered before any such glitch. I love your pizza, but we won't be back until you guys hopefully figure it out. This was not just tonight, this is a reoccurring theme.

This was our 1st visit. We were both disappointed in the atmosphere, it was very cold and our food suffered from that. Also the tomatoe sauce was not tasteful. We enjoy Coke products and you offered none. It is not likely we will return. Donna Kingston.

Ordered delivery tonight. It took a long time. Pizza wasn’t very warm and we got the wrong salad. Then why 5 stars? They made it right. Pizza still was good and while I can’t eat the salad they sent someone will. Jace made it right. He apologized for the delay and the issues - lack of drivers and busy due to play off games. He refunded my order and said that he hopes that they hope they can show what they can really do next time I order. Love Marco’s pizza and appreciate them making things right. Love their cauliflower crust pizza.

ordered 4 pizza's for my teams lunch and delivery was supposed to be at 12:57. Pizza arrived 25 minutes late and when we called to check on our order the girl who answered the phone was rude and said it's on the way. Pizza arrived very cold.
We order large orders monthly from this location. The last one was just so/so. But NOW they have KIM as their GM, and let me tell you, The customer service is awesome and proffessional, The store looks cleaner. Kuddo's to the new staff. You all are amazing and all of us at Sunrise Powersports want to say thank you so much! We will be ssing you again soon :)
Always love Marcos Food!! I drove all the way from Missouri to have some! Despite them being completely out of my favorite ranch and having to remake one of our bread sticks the employees were awesome!! They did everything in their power to make sure we were happy, like giving us a discount and a free cinnamon bread. We were so pleased, especially with Muriel and the two other employees on November 14th @ 12:30pm.

I ordered a pizza through Door Dash. It arrived opened. I reported this to door dash and also called the restaurant and was told it was closed when it left their shop. I was hung up on when I said it was a safety concern that they don’t seal their pizzas. I’ll order from another place that seals their food going forward. This restaurant obviously doesn’t care.

July 2023, This was the best pizza we had eaten in NWA since 2018. They did NOT skimp on any Ingredients. Hands down the best! Pizza was not limp or super greasy. I have not had a cheese pizza in years, but it was the most awesomest pizza. The magnificent ultimate pizza was perfectly cook. The desert was out of this world…. You all got to try this place. Inexpensive compared to others. Well worth every dime!!!! Thank You Marcos. The Service was over the top!!!!! Our new Favorite Pizza place.
