Every time I come here they somehow manage to mess up my order, Im currently waiting in the drive through reserved spots for 3 mcdoubles. I called after 45 minutes of nothing and they said my order was never made

I’ve never had an issue with this McDonald’s. I moved to rogers in 2017 and have been going to this McDonald’s since then. The other day I brought my kids here to grab lunch and play.
I love taking my kids to play at the play place here, but soon as we entered the play place it felt like we went back outside. The entire 15-20mins we were there we had to eat with our coats on and my children as well when they played. When I complained to an associate their solution was “we will prop the door open” apparently Their heat and air doesn’t work out in the play place anymore. A now I know its been broken for quite awhile too, because we went 3 weeks ago and the door was again propped open.
Don’t go here to take your kids to play. It was almost 20 degrees outside and that’s what it felt like in that place. If you’re like me and go to an indoor play place to get out of the element and let your little one have some fun then don’t go here it’s like you went outside to enjoy your meal and play.

The red head in the drive thru on Monday was an absolute sweet heart. Super knowledgeable (got me the best value on my meal) and just so friendly. Her attitude made my whole day.

God awful. I walk in and was immediately flipped off by a rude employee. I tried getting a big mac (extra lettuce) and there was spit in my burger??? I later found out an employee named Hayden Simmons made it and when I asked about it I was asked to leave. WILL NOT return to the 903 W Walnut location.

Every time I go there in the mornings, I have a wonderful experience both food and staff treat me amazing and they know my name by heart. Unfortunately, I have to give this one star review because every time I go to McDonald’s in the afternoon the drive-through is just always completely messed up. Just today when they were not busy at all, I was in the drive-through line and it was my turn and I was the only person in the drive-through at that point and no one said anything for a whole minute and I started saying hello hello and no response so I just decided to leave.

I rather give 0 stars. Worst customer service. Check your food they rather not give you all your food than be professional and let you know they are out. Then want you to go complain somewhere else. The manager Fernando Valdez, not sure where he got his management degree but he needs to try again.
