Drive thru was shouting as we pulled up to the window to pay then waited 10 mins to get our food. Had to go back around because our order wasn't in the board to verify and we didn't get a drink then had to wait again just to order. There is no mustard on the hamburgers - since when? The mcchickens were not spicy as we had ordered and have buffalo sauce on them. Only reason we had to go to this location is because the other 2 although showing 24 hours online were NOT. It's like 3:30 in the morning with a full staff it shouldn't take that long and for the order to be messed up that bad with only 3 cars total in line.

Sometimes I'll order on the app on the way home from work and get here around 11pm and there's like 3 cars in line but it'll take thirty minutes. Kinda insane.

Good was good somehow. Took about 30 minutes dining in the play place. Pretty dirty. Bathroom floor all slippery and kids clothes stained on the knees after using it. Then offered some pies. 30 minutes later they bring half the order and I go back to the counter and had multiple employees walk past me on their phones. Kid carrying around broom and Dust pan pretending to sweep. Dude in fry station on his phone. And there’s 5 pies sitting in the window. Then we’re cleaning up the table to leave after waiting over 30 minutes for a pie. And they shut the lights off. And come in and say oh the play place closed 10 minutes ago. Since the trash can was overflowing and they wanted us out I left the mess for them to take care of and let them know I would’ve been gone long ago had they got me the pie when I ordered it. Will never return to this location as long as I live.

During the day, it’s 5 stars, but they stay open 24 hours, at which point they leave 2 people to run the whole place, and you have to wait 40 minutes for them take your order if you’re lucky. Stores great but if you can’t run it 24 hours, THEN DONT KEEP IT OPEN 24 HOURS. I just want a quick meal after working the night shift and grave yard shift only to be met with waiting for an hour for them to say their system is down and to leave. I hate it.

It was absolutely disgusting. The bathroom were extremely dirty and when you walk in the main entrance you see trash all over the floor and stuff dried all over the ordering counter.

We had to ask them for a clean table at 6:30 am. The manager was on her phone. She didnt seem to care. Guys in the back made great food.

This place is horrible. Service is trash. Make you wait 45mins to take your order so it doesn’t run up the drive thru time. Ask for the manager and they wouldn’t give me a name or number to call. Gave me the wrong order then asked me to get back in line. I rather tough it out and wait for another place to open than come here. Upper management needs to step in and do something about this place.

I got fries and a caramel frappe like I always do, but since it’s breast cancer awareness month the whipped cream on top was pink which was understandable- and the girl who gave it to me, said it was only dye and didn’t change the flavor at all. Well, it did and it did not taste good at all. I also had to ask for a straw because none was given. The fries were cold and not even fully fried/cooked. This meal for me today was disappointing.

If you like waiting in the drive thru for over 40mins (so far), watching only 1 car get to place thier order about every 10mins, then this is your place! I want to leave so bad, but I can't, because I'm trapped in the inside drive-thu lane. This is awful. There isn't even any line between the order box and window. It feels like they are doing this on purpose, so in a report it looks like only one car pulled in each time, with no lines. I got here at 11:21pm, and it is now 12:06am.
Update: After I finally got to order, I got my food pretty quick at window, like normal. But I pulled to side after to watch (and eat my cold fries), and it was 7 minutes before the next car got to order. Very odd.
