Horrible!! Went through drive thru tonight. A bunch of teenagers working not doing their job. Saw my order sitting there why they were talking. After 10 mins I get their attention to hand me my food. It was of course cold. Don't have kids working if there is no one there to make sure they are working!!!

Manager was rude to her employee in front of customers. Employee asked how to make a frappe and she had an attitude and said doesn't any body here know how to do anything!! We watched as at least12 cars are was served thru drive thru as customers waited. It took us 15 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and 2apple pies (which was almost burnt). When I asked why drive thru was more important than customers inside she said she had new people that did not know what they were doing. She was the only one. Poor management and poor service!! One customer who ordered before us was still waiting on there drink when we left!!!

Dumb lady told me to refresh my app so I did and I lost my code so I got no food and was late going back to work because she just kept telling me to refresh the app it will work

Manager Diana is a very RUDE person I do not know who thought she had people skills and put her in the position she is as a manager. Yelling at the employees that are in the drive through and customers can hear them on the intercom on what to tell the customer. VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL. She raised her voice at my minor child that went to get food after work as well while in line. I am also reporting this to corporate. Had I been in the car with her I guarantee she would have not had that attitude.

Does anyone ever actually get their food handed to them at the drive thru? The number of people asked to pull up and wait for food is ridiculous. It causes such congestion right at the entrance. It's hard to get in or out. There was nobody in line to order or pay, but they still continued to tell people to pull forward. 1 guy would bring everyone's order out, 1 at a time. I would rather wait in line to order my food so that others could get their order than wait for my food to be brought out to my car after I paid. It's kind of ridiculous.
