Had a online order, went to drive-thru and got the wrong order. Guy took the food back and had to pull forward and wait 10 minutes for the correct order and they forgot my drinks, had to wait some more.

They refuse to honor app deals. Their system always says “invalid code” when you try to use the app. If you try to reload a new code, it says you have to wait 20 minutes. This is the only McDonald’s in the area where I’ve had this problem, and it’s been going on about two months.

This McDonald's in Rogers located by the exit on walnut near I49 is the best McDonald's we've been to, great customer service, the employees here at this McDonald's strive in customer service.

Understanding that people don't want to work in this day and age and kiosk are the norm for fast food, it sure does take personalization out. I don't typically eat fast food to begin with, maybe just breakfast on a very rare occasion but I found this particular restaurant to be not worth going to again for any reason

Abandoned gas station next to the McDonald's yes it's a weird one and I'm not so Lisa tuna into Shell gas station they never do if you at the mall at the mall we go to the Barnes & nobles even had to what's a plant store or even the dollar store the Dollar tree go to malco theater to watch a movie
Sweet tea is never sweet just taste like brown water, the food is always cold. Only thing that’s is good here is the fry’s

I went with my son and almost every table was dirty and all the trash cans were overflowing. When I asked to exchange a happy meal toy they were not nice about it and gave me the same toy. I will never go back there.

Ordered chicken nuggets but tasted like fish, cross contamination which shouldn't be happening. Someone could have a food allergy and get super sick, so if you go here please be advised chicken and fish get cooked together
