McDonald's currently is the embodiment of end stage capitalism and the choice of profit above customer. Sitting in this McDonald's is abysmal. No longer is there front of house staff, anyone to take your order. Nor is there a drink station any longer to refill your drinks. Nay all you may experience is a gray concrete room where it is clear the only ones who matter are the drive-thru and door dash customer. To top it off, it sits across the street from an absolute perfect Chick-fil-a firing on all cylinders all the time, everyday. So as you sit and loath what money has done to a place once filled with joy, you must watch the Chick-fil-a in all its Holy glory. I give this McDonald's 3 stars.

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. It takes at a minimum 15 minutes to get HUST FRENCH FRIES. I got there today and before I event listed a single item to order they said “it will be a 20-30 minute wait” with only one other person in line?????? This is McDonald’s???????????

This was a fast, good place to eat. A long time ago!!! .. food went down they serve what has been under a heat lamp not hot fries they are the bottom of the basket that should have been tossed out. Service lol!! you are good as long as you don't talk to them. Y'all have lost the charm you had. Go find a place where they still care and cook fresh!!!

Out of the many local to me locations this one is my favorite. They have busy days where they are slow but I NEVER wait more than 5min. The staff are a little slow getting to the register due to the kiosk ordering but they have always been polite ☺️

Took the team here 15 minutes to fix a simple mistake. The employees are not empowered to resolve problems and then make many errors. And I received anger and questioning in response to resolving a $2 mistake. Service philosophy at Starbucks is much better.
