Could not get help from staff. It amazes me that no one works the counters in the front anymore and just leave you standing in the lobby for ages... What the heck has happened to McDonald's?

Order on the app, take me about 10 min to get to the restaurant, go to the drive-thru, and they sent me to the parking lot to wait another 8 min.

The store manager, Adrian, is great. He goes out of his way to make your day. He is so kind, and helpful. He is a professional beyond belief.
We stopped for breakfast. He delivered our good, and checked back with us several times.

Closes lobby too early, also an hour wait just to get food, I get it short staffed. But service is terrible

They closed the lobby 20 minutes early and got mad at us for ordering food. They refused to give us any sauce packets and made us pay 32 cents per packet. Since when does McDonald’s not give a single sauce packet for free. This was a terrible experience and I will not be back.

It bad French fries were cold I even sent them back I think they just warmed him up and send them right back to me a lot braver burnt the hamburger meat was burnt overall below standards they should be shut down. Bathrooms are clean not cleaned. The store was not clean.
Ordered a breakfast about like 10:15, I got there at 10:34, and I had placed the order before 10:30 and they didn’t even bother to work on it, just told me that they’re not serving breakfast anymore.

The black dude today is rude and unprofessional. He messed up my order and didn’t try to fix it. I waited for 20 minutes and need to asked them again to get my order. He delivered the food unhappily with no words. I usually order at this location. This is the first time I saw such a rude employee. Not recommended.
