Moe's Southwest Grill

Richard made my burritos and I was smiling and laughing the whole way. Great experience and atmosphere from him! All the workers are very kind.

But on the flip side the food tastes really bad. We had the homewrecker chicken burritos and chips. Almost every table was dirty as well. Just need the food hot n fresh!

Richard was AMAZING and incredibly hilarious. Best customer service experience I've had in a long time! He helped me figure out exactly what I wanted and my bowl was delicious! Queso is very yummy. Chips were stale so that sucked but it was good in my bowl! Got two meals worth of food!

Very low quality of food, taste like jail condiments doesn’t change much, sandy is very loud and rude while asking for ingredients as well as to her team, Very wet floor my daughter slipped in front of an employee. Poor environment if I could I wouldn’t even rate it,

This restaurant is so much better than Chipotle! They give you the portion size you pay for. They don't skim you out on the toppings!

The Chipotle Ranch sauce is the best it's a must try!! My son always gets the steak burrito, and I always get the steak bowl with practically everything on it.

Best Tex-Mex around!! You will not be disappointed. The staff here are always so friendly and welcoming.

Richard and Harold are wonderful greeters and putting smiles on faces. Had me laughing as I ordered my food. Was super kind to the kids. And the Chipotle Ranch and seasoned rice is my favorite in town!

Richard and the staff at Moe’s were so welcoming! They greeted us with friendly faces and took the time to have a kind conversation with us. Richard even shared helpful information about their rewards program. Everyone was so pleasant and professional. Great customer service all around!

It was pretty blah, the burrito wasn’t tasty and the salsa didn’t help

Other than the register not accepting my gift card and I had to pay for my meal via other means, my first experience at Moe's was wonderful!

The employees were awesome!! The food was delicious!!! I will definitely be trying Moe's more often.

Dietary restrictions: I did the nachos because their menu explained that there is a risk, but that the chips didn't actually contain gluten.

I'm gluten-free and have Alpha-Gal. I love these types of restaurants because of my dietary requirements! It's a lot easier to piece together what I can eat than to try to go out and eat somewhere and having to modify a menu item so much that it now costs two to three times as much, but the meal itself is less filling.

Have visited this store thrice and they basically sell leftovers post 8pm. No corn, no chicken, no grilled veggies and no beans and have charged full for the bowl every single time.

Unfortunately, every time we order delivery things come with errors, today we ordered cheese for the children and it didn't arrive. Call and we are still waiting for it to arrive :(
