Moe's Southwest Grill

Really disappointed with our meal tonight. The heat was out in the business which I know happens and things pop up unexpected. We ordered bowls and there was almost no meat on the bar and what was there was hard and crunchy. The guacamole is usually delicious but was really limey and had zero flavor. A young man working behind the register had his hair down and no hat and had zero interest in really helping anyone. The ice machine was out of ice and I did let them know and they still didn’t fill it up. I know places have off nights but customer service just wasn’t there tonight. Hoping these guys get some training. They were all kind of but this meal was $45.00 and sadly not worth it.

Went at 7:30 and they were already picking up the chairs. Burrito bowl was basically soup and onions were uncooked in burrito. Queso was also forgotten on order. The sauce was heavily poured into bowl turning it into soup. Did not enjoy at all.

Food was good but they were training a few new workers which caused a little bit of mix ups and took longer than anticipated. But overall it was good.

Richard is a great associate who is very good with my two young children. We come every Sunday after swim class and interacting with Richard is always the highlight of their day. He is quick, personable, and has convinced me and my wife to try a few menu items outside of our regular order. Our class time has moved now, but we'll definitely come back and hope to see Richard again!

AMAZING... I really didn't want to talk to anybody. Just get my food and eat. The workers here were good and that I found myself talking to them. They prepared my food really well and it tastes amazing.

I got the bowl bowl with the poblano crema and I can't say enough of how great it was. This really made my day

I'm on our road trip with my family and we love Moes but don't have one where we live. So when we seen one on the way to our hotel, we had to stop!! Richard and Jeffrey were amazing. They made the trip to Moes a memorable one. Richard has an awesome upbeat personality, and amazing customer service. We'll definitely stop by here anytime we are near.

Food was good and generous portions.
Alla Sauces are available near the soda machine which is pretty nice.

Overall it tastes much better than chipotle, costs less and is much better deal.

Crystal and Sandy were very helpful. The food was great. When I had a mix up from ordering on the app Crystal was quick to figure out a solution that was above and beyond.
