We are from NH but my husband has been working in Bentonville Arkansas since last June I come once a month to visit and Napolis is always a must!! We sit in the bar area the waiter/bartender is absolutely amazing. Food it great!!!

Beautiful restaurant with amazing Itailian food, real Italian food. I was pleasantly surprised with just how great it was. The service was horrible. Our waitress was Mia most of the time. We were asking whoever passed to refill drinks or bread as we waited. She didn't bring out our plates, we weren't offered parm. We had to find her for that too. I think we had siz different people attend to us. I felt like a waitress. Lol. If it weren't for the amazing food, we probably wouldn't be back, but I'm ready to try it again.

Music is a little loud. Food is on par with NWA Italian, which is just so so. The wait staff usually feels like they're trying to turn over the table quick despite not being full. It's fine. We will go back but not often.

The chicken piccata was not very good. $22 and the noodles were both over cooked and under cooked. The chicken was grilled I assume, but it tasted boiled, as it was mushy inside but the skin was chewy and wouldn't split.
We barely ate half a piece of chicken before we couldn't try anymore.

They are not professional with their online ordering. I placed an order for delivery with an estimated timeframe of ~30 minutes. At minute 35, I requested an ETA, to which I was told they "didn't have a driver so I needed to pick it up". So kind of the exact opposite of the purpose of delivery. The delivery app seems suspicious; I wouldn't trust it. Had I not messaged in, would they have just taken my $26 (for a $14.50 order), and not deliver anything? Food is good but c'mon, in this day and age of delivery services, somewhere this established shouldn't be using fringe, unreliable sites. Very disappointed in Napolis. I will know better next time.

Friendly and helpful staff. Ordered both the sampler dishes and the stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer. Added chicken to the dish with Alfredo. It was all perfect.

Napoli's Italian Restaurant is top-notch , and the wait staff is friendly and quick to take your drink order and bring some of the best lip-smacking delicious Italian food you can wrap your mouth around. The bread and olive oil are spot on delicious when you just gotta have Italian food to satisfy your hunger pains. This place delivers in all categories , we will definitely be back.

The food was cold, and the chicken was very tough. The waitress was hard to flag down. She never offered drink refills more than once I was waving, trying to get her attention. When we left, she was up front visiting with the hostess. I did leave a tip, but I wish I could take it back. Was not a good experience at all. The inside is very beautiful , and the food would have been better

Rude customer service. Our server yaeli was not very accommodating. She was in hurry to wrap things up for us. The food was okay too. Nothing fancy. I would still choose olive garden over this at-least they don't make faces.
