I have been to Napoli's 4 times in 4 years. This is the first and last time I will be leaving a review as I won't be back. I have NEVER had a meal jere that was good. Overpriced spaghetti...so many other great Italian restaurants pick one of those, this place is not worth a second try certainly not a fourth, but that's on me. It was nasty.

We went on a Friday evening for dinner and loved it! Viva Italia and Chicken Alfredo were the best! Great tasting sauces. Our server, Tori was so attentive and sweet. The atmosphere was so quiet and able to talk and enjoy our dinner. We'll be back!

Nice ambiance and good service. Though, if you like your pasta “al dente” this is definitely not the place to eat pasta as they first told me that they can make it that way if I wanted and after they served my Napoli Special dish they told me that they don’t do that (“al dente”) here. Seriously! Had they told me that when I first asked I’d had gone somewhere else and save time and this bad review.

Excellent menu selections with true Italian options. Nice atmosphere, with smaller dining rooms, so noise levels are kept low. Attentive wait staff. Food to table time allows for great plating of your meal. Did not feel rushed to vacate the table.
Maybe we're spoiled growing up in NY but the food here is just okay. The beer is expensive. I wanted to love it. I like it.

Came in at 6:45, then waited at the table until 7:20 hoping that someone would at least acknowledge us. There were two waitresses and they both never made eye contact with us even though they walked by our table 4 times. Seemed like no one wanted to take our table and were too busy texting and chatting in the back. We got up and left and on our way out saw the waitress with the black hair and choker outside in the back texting. Very disappointing
