We are from NH but my husband has been working in Bentonville Arkansas since last June I come once a month to visit and Napolis is always a must!! We sit in the bar area the waiter/bartender is absolutely amazing. Food it great!!!
Beautiful restaurant with amazing Itailian food, real Italian food. I was pleasantly surprised with just how great it was. The service was horrible. Our waitress was Mia most of the time. We were asking whoever passed to refill drinks or bread as we waited. She didn't bring out our plates, we weren't offered parm. We had to find her for that too. Music is a little loud. Food is on par with NWA Italian, which is just so so. The wait staff usually feels like they're trying to turn over the table quick despite not being full. It's fine. We will go back but not often.
