Just keeps going downhill. It’s always something from “I’m new” to “we got a new system and the buttons are confusing”. Third or fourth time having an issue. Apparently the new process for to go orders placed in store is to guess when your food is done and pick up at the online order/doordash area without a name callout or anything. Basically baggage claim for your food while you’re sitting up front waiting for someone to call a name, number, come up to you, something. Won’t be coming back. Better off going to Pickleman’s or Panera at this point.

Came in as normal and both Hailey and Olivia went out of their way to make us feel like their favorite customers. Food was amazing as always, but the care of customers was on point today! The manager, Joseph was almost as good as Olivia and Hailey. 🤣

We love Newks. But coming to this location is such a down fall. The food was awful and the manager and employees where not nice nor happy to be here. Go to the Newks in Bentonville. Soooo much better!!

The Cobb salad was extraordinary, as always! However, a new pick-up
system had been instituted where to-go orders that are ready are placed on a shelf by the kitchen and the customer needs to go there to pick them up. No one told me this, there was no sign, and the restaurant was extremely noisy, so if my name was called in the back part of the building, I would never have heard it. I sat in the front waiting until I noticed that no one in the kitchen was working and then went to the cash register to ask. That was when I was told where I should have been watching for my order and that it was a new policy.

The food was good and the girl working at the salad bar was pretty cute so all in all it was a nice experience 👍

Newk's Eatery in Rogers, AR is hands-down one of the best casual dining experiences in the area. Patio was a good option for a family lunch. Food and atmosphere were good.

Food arrived, cold and condiments atea has not been stocked with drink lids, parmesan for pizza, bread sticks.

We had gone in after a stressful day. They were moderately busy but with a wait time that was not their norm - which was all good with us because we get it, it's a restaurant and things happen.

Joey and Sandy turned our bad day around. Joey came out and gave us three pizzas that were from an order that was either wrong or not picked up. They were AMAZING! Our kiddos definitely enjoyed them when we got home.

Sandy delivered our food to our table and checked in on us multiple times. She even thanked us for our patience as we were leaving.

It's nice to go to a restaurant and see staff treating others with respect and staying calm under stress.

PS - The cobb salad with Balsamic Vinegarette is AMAZING!

Good anytime besides when the night crew is there. Took like 30 minutes to get food for the Mac and cheese to be poorly made.
