Went in for my birthday cake and they were out of all three of the flavors I wanted. My daughter was with me and I tried to buy a single small cake and they said they only sell them in packs of 12. The worker was short with me and not friendly. Won’t be going back.
Avery let was am at helping me with an order mix up. Wonderful cakes and even better employees!!!

First time customer, my dnl brought me a beautifully packaged red velvet today for my birthday, cake was pretty and l loved the packaging. Problem was, first pinch contained what I am hoping was a mustache hair. I understand accidents happen, so I contacted the manager who had zero interest in trying to replace the item, she basically said "sorry accidents happen" with a no big deal attitude which tells me this happens often.
