I ordered a cake for my daughter’s 11th birthday party and they even helped me choose the cake and I told them the date and time I was supposed to pick it up. Well whenever I went to pick it up they were closed. They didn’t even tell me a day before to pick it up or even apologized so this is very common for them. Terrible!

I ordered a carrot cake for my 60th birthday. I bit into it and there was a strawberry seed. I was confused. It said carrot cake in my order and carrot cake on my receipt. I still ate some because by this time they are closed and at least I had cake, but strawberry cake wouldn't had been my second or third choice- very disappoint to spend 47.00 on something I didn't order. The next day I called and left a message to just let them know what happened. I didn't ask for anything but I have to admit I expected at the very least an apology. I never heard back and it is too bad because I've always loved their cakes.

Whoever owns this franchise location on Walnut better start paying attention to how your staff handles customers and sets expectations. Was told to pickup at 10AM. Got there at 9:55 and was told they weren’t open while they just stood around. They didn’t ask our names (2 other customers) so they could start getting orders ready early. Finally at 10:20 I walked out.

I LOVE that NBC is in Forney now (the only drawback is that it's in Forney, lol)...This location has the best and most friendly employees that I've come across out of all the ones I go to...Will definitely return

I am so disappointed with the service I’ve received in my last three visits. I’ve been to this store to buy bundlets and all three times the girls behind the counter have been incredibly rude. This evening I went in and asked the girl behind the counter for a chocolate Bundtlet. She handed me the cake after I paid, but she didn’t bother to give me a small bag for the cake. I asked her for a bag and she opened the bag and handed it for me to bag the cake myself. The last time I went in the cashier didn’t even bother to ask me how she can help me. There was no communication from her, she just stood there and waited for me to ask her for the cake I wanted. I’m a regular customer and I’m completely disappointed with the service from this store.

Waste of my time. I ordered a bunch of cakes for next day pickup (the case was almost completely empty on a Friday morning). Came in the next day to pick up and was told to wait an additional 20 minutes for the order to be ready. Waited the additional time only to have some rude teenager tell me they have been out of one of the cakes I ordered 5 of for several days. I would have been able to come up with an alternative if I would have been told the first time that they aren’t available instead of wasting my time, twice. Thankfully the Fayetteville location had it (full case and much nicer store/staff).
