Went in for my birthday cake and they were out of all three of the flavors I wanted. My daughter was with me and I tried to buy a single small cake and they said they only sell them in packs of 12. The worker was short with me and not friendly. Won’t be going back.

I just had one of the best experiences with the manager Sam. I was ordering some Bundt cakes for my best friend who has a severe nut allergy. Not only did she reassure me and tell me they take those things very seriously, she even personally offered to make it herself. This was the best service I have ever received in a long time and I really appreciate her and the people at Nothing Bundt cakes!! 💗💗 The cakes are phenomenal too, and I’m not a cake person.

Good cake, NO SPOONS….how does a bakery place have no spoons? Everything is individually packaged in to-go boxes already, so why not just include some utensils???

I got my wife a birthday cake from the Roger’s location! The cake was perfect. I got the lemon raspberry (they were out of the white chocolate raspberry) which they called me well in advance to let me know. Wife and kids loved the flavor and wife loved the bee decorations. Will definitely be back!

I ordered a cake for my daughter’s 11th birthday party and they even helped me choose the cake and I told them the date and time I was supposed to pick it up. Well whenever I went to pick it up they were closed. They didn’t even tell me a day before to pick it up or even apologized so this is very common for them. Terrible!

I ordered a carrot cake for my 60th birthday. I bit into it and there was a strawberry seed. I was confused. It said carrot cake in my order and carrot cake on my receipt. I still ate some because by this time they are closed and at least I had cake, but strawberry cake wouldn't had been my second or third choice- very disappoint to spend 47.00 on something I didn't order. The next day I called and left a message to just let them know what happened. I didn't ask for anything but I have to admit I expected at the very least an apology. I never heard back and it is too bad because I've always loved their cakes.
