This is what I remember Olive Garden tasting like. Definitely not what bland flavors I've grown accustomed with Olive Garden these days. Will be back.

Food was less than decent. The pasta was dry and had hard edges. I’m unsure if our waitress had a large section, but she was less than attentive - although kind when she interacted with us. We had a 7 min wait at 2:30pm on a Sunday, when it didn’t not appear busy. I don’t know that I would return and order anything other than soup & salad.

Placed an advance order for curb side pick up a few hours later. Received notice when my order was ready, everything was hot, fresh, made to specific requests, had everything we needed. Superb quality and service.

Personally I think it's one of the best restaurants out there if you want good Italian food a bunch of great salad and reasonable pricing.

Updating review:
Do I went this evening, they sat us and promptly forgot about us. Waited 25 minutes and I the wait staff walked by, waited on others, like we were invisible. No drinks, no bread, no salad, a few of them looked at us. Even made eye contact, but 25 minutes waiting for a member of wait staff to greet you is ridiculous. I’m guessing they didn’t even notice we got up and left. This Olive Garden, in Rogers AR is 100% not recommended. My rating updated: 0.0, I can not rate it if I can not be even greeted. I recommend steering clear of this Olive Garden.

So, my wife and I go in for lunch, the food was great, everything good until I got the bill. Before that the manager lady walks up to every table, greets them, walks up to our’s and take the bread sticks basket, i says good afternoon to be greeted with her back walking away. Not a word. I blew it off until…. There was a charge for Table Games $2.99. I understand that having one of those computers on the table, to order, pay and play is a thing. We didn’t have one of those computers on the table, and would not be using it to play games anyway. I ask our waiter what table games is? He says, “oh that is for the computer… that there is none on the table. I’ll get that fixed, I’ll be right back.” 20 minutes later the manager that had ignored us earlier, walks over and says, “we’ll put that back on your card.” I’m like ok. Then she says, “but I need the card it was put on back to put it back.” 15 minutes later… “ok that should be back on you card in 3-5 days.” I’m like what? So it took you 35 minutes to attempt to pull an extra 3 bucks from me, but 3-5 days to put it back? If I knew I had to leave money with you for 3-5 days and spend 35 minutes to screw up my bill, I would have not give that $8 tip on a $36 bill. My wife says, well I have the merchant copy, so there shouldn’t be a tip charged. I said ok we will see how that goes. The manager, gave a sigh of asshole disbelief, as waddled away. We left. Now we are not sure if Rogers AR, Olive Garden is in our future ever again. It will depend on if the tip comes out, and/or the attempted theft is corrected.

I love me some Olive Garden! The bread is always fresh and endless soup comes out hot! I love the fettuccine Alfredo as a go to option, very delicious! Come try some of the new menu items as well! Always a frequent customer to my favorite Italian restaurant!!!🍝😍❤️

I want to highlight the excellent service we received from Judy, our server at Olive Garden. She did everything perfectly and paid great attention to every detail. We traveled from Houston to Arkansas for a short trip, and thanks to her, our stop at Olive Garden was very special.
