It had been awhile since I had been to an Olive Garden. I am not sure I like the menu as much now. However, we had an awesome waitstaff. I wish I had paid more attention to her name. She was very attentive, but not overly so.Parking: There are times when parking is difficult as Red Lobster is next door and the restaurants share parking with limited space.Wheelchair accessibility: Doors are plenty wide so I assume they would be fairly easy to get through as long as someone else can help hold the doors open.
They sat me and my guests and then moved me to let friends have my seat. The servers and hosts sat and talked to those people the entire time. That is ridiculous to move patrons for friends. Our servers hot in a argument. Took 30 minutes to get our food. Lady walked around with our food forever even though we kept telling her it was ours. It was absolutely the worst service I have ever had at this location.

Don't let your children access the Ziosk at the table! We were surprised to see a charge of $2.99 on our bill. Our grandchild decided to entertain himself while waiting for his meal. Little did we know what he was doing. Beware of little ones attracted to electronics and being tricked into thinking it was free. Thankfully, the manager removed the charge because we were not aware of what buttons he was pushing across the table. Everything else was good. Service was exceptional.

I haven't been to OG in a long time. Tonight my husband suggested it, after I had a hard day.Everything was typical for OG, which was fine, except the service.Kevin was super at making sure everything was right. He even made it feel like we were having a dinner at a much fancier restaurant due to his attentiveness and style.Thank you Kevin for making a bad day better!
