Onyx coffee labs customer service sucks. Got ignored for hours on a live chat. Sent an email. No where to be found on a response. Not in my junk mail either. Never buy from here again.
Get the Salt Mocha -- you can thank me later!!

Being from Atlanta and in town for 2 days, this place was highly recommended. My family and I went to this location 2 mornings in a row and in the evening went to the downtown bentonville location. 3x to onyx in 2 days. The hq is definitely a must experience and plan to take your time and enjoy.
It’s inviting, relaxing and stunning. There’s so many areas to chill with company. The music is perfectly in the background, not competing with conversations.
The drinks were so good, if you don’t like sweet, ask if what you want comes sweet and adjust. The employees are super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in ordering.
The croissants. Don’t skip out. The chocolate was the best ever. The ham and cheese was delicious.
I grabbed a chocolate bar to go, very good chocolates.
This is the place!

I’ve been to their downtown location. While I had a great experience there, this one is even more impressive and the ambiance inside is just unique and amazing. In addition to one of their lattes, we tried their croissant which was really tasty.

Constantly closed for private events during business hours. Hours are misleading.
Very nice atmosphere. Lots of space, but sparse charging outlets.

I just want the smoothie but every time I go, they are out of the ingredients. The chocolate croissant was pretty good heated up, very chocolatey. Beautiful space to meet up with people.

The space was nice, almost overly nice, felt kind of sterile in the space though and I left because the energy was off…The coffee tastes funky and leaves a strange aftertaste in my mouth, almost like the coffee is stale or something. It almost tastes like they roast it with hops, which gave the coffee a nasty taste in general. I was going to purchase 2 lbs of Espresso beans, but once I saw that the price was ~$59+tax I put it back. After tasting the espresso latte I purchased, I’m glad I did too….. I can purchase LaVazza Gold Espresso beans for $35 for 2.2 lbs and it tastes much better in my opinion. No strange, stale aftertaste like the Onyx espresso beans
The service was pretty good as the cashier was nice, but they forgot to put a stopper in the top of my coffee drink and the drink is cold now. Also, they didn’t let me sweeten or add things (cinnamon, cocoa, cayenne, etc.) to the drink myself. They also don’t have soy milk. This resulted in a drink that was entirely too sweet and not made the way I would have made it myself.
This place was just a let-down in general. By comparison, I purchased my first breville espresso machine for $699 new (you can get them used for $200-$300), and it makes a better drink the way I prefer. If I paid $5+ tip for every drink I bought at Onyx, let’s say $6.50, then first (new) espresso machine + 10 lbs of Lavazza is paid for after 134 days …If I purchased our 600 coffee drinks/year for my girlfriend and myself at Onyx, that would cost ~$3900!!! Do the math.
Do yourself a favor, purchase the nice Breville Oracle espresso machine with the dual boiler ($1500 when I bought it on Black Friday last year), change out the plastic shower plate with a metal one and buy 10 lbs of Lavazza Gold Selection beans and make your own coffee concoction…. and never come back to Onyx again.

Awesome coffee and pastries. Pastries made fresh here. Good spot to work, but it is loud, so fyi on that. Awesome decor, place is beautiful. $1 refills on drip.
Love this place!

First time customer, really not impressed unfortunately. We're from out of town and had heard so many good things, but we were let down from pretty much all angles. Staff was.. not super nice.
Pros:
-the building is beautiful
-ham and cheese croissant was good
Cons:
-To start, the coffee was mediocre at best. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing? Tried a seasonal iced latte and couldn't taste the espresso in the slightest. Was literally flavored milk. I understand that a latte has a lot of milk, but this was weak and watered down.
-out of breakfast sandwiches by 9am. But the croissant was good. Not $7 good though.
- they add a $1 tax per item for employee benefits, not including additional tax.
-the tip screen started at 30%, and when I chose a different option the employee looked at me like I stole her whole paycheck.
All in all, it was $35 for two lattes and a croissant, including all the taxes and fees. Was hoping for a better product for this price. Disappointed.

I like the atmosphere though a bit loud but was not a fan of the single origin espresso (bitter) nor the keyan pour over (weak flavor). Also had an egg and bacon sandwich (despite ordering steak and egg). It was essentially an egg salad sandwich that was very, very messy to eat.
