Our waitress was okay at the start, but as soon as we paid she didn’t come to check on us again. We paid over $80 just to be ignored at the end of our meal. We had to try to flag her down to get to go boxes, but she didn’t look our way once. We waited over 10 minutes and ended up having to get another waitress to get us our boxes. After she had gone to get our boxes then our waitress came to check on us. It felt very rude and not professional. We will stick to Texas Roadhouse.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve had in Rogers, AR. To start, the wait for the food was unbelievably long. While our server was amazing and very attentive, the rest of the staff was unprofessional. One of the waiters actually dropped food on the back of my shirt and laughed like it was a joke. Thankfully, the kitchen manager came out to apologize and comped my ticket, which I appreciated. Overall, though, the experience was extremely disappointing.

The restaurant was not busy, and the service was slow! Our waitress was new but did her best. We had 4 people in our party. One person's steak was cold, and my shrimp had good flavor but was overcooked!
The food is as expected, we were craving coconut shrimp and a burger. They did not disappoint on the food and the service was amazing. The food did take a bit long but they checked in with us one in awhile, refilled our drinks, and made sure we aware.
We’ll definitely be back when we’re craving for some yummy food and amazing service.
