This place is great, we always have good food and food service. It's usually less busy then you would expect also, due to it's slightly awkward location.

I shared a birthday dinner Saturday night with several friends and we couldn't have picked a better place! The food was delicious, the price was good and our server, Cheyenne, was one of the best I have ever had!

Personally, I won't go back. For the price? Over $50 for me (appetizer, tea and steak n shrimp), with tip and the quality just isn't there. Noise level? Not many people there. Reservation? No need, there wasn't a line. I, personally, can't and won't recommend it.... Based on my experience. You are welcome to form your own opinion at your own experience, though.

Grandma stopped by Outback Steakhouse after work tonight and picked up two filets with the sides. By the time we got home — only about a 15-minute drive — the food was already cold. The steak had absolutely no flavor, no seasoning at all.
This is the third time we’ve experienced this with their steaks. We actually stopped going to Outback because of it, but decided to give it another try since it had been about a year. Bad mistake. The food was awful — cold, bland, and definitely not worth the $80 we spent on two meals.
Very disappointing.
Amazing filet mignon and lobster. Everything was perfectly cooked. Melt in your mouth goodness. 5/5 would recommend.

I ordered from here all the time on DoorDash and only had one previous incident where the salad had old yellow lettuce in it too much water. I was offered a replacement at my next visit but on my next order that manager wasn’t working and nobody knew anything about it Today I placed an order online and was going to pick up myself. I got the alert that my order was ready so I arrived. It’s dark. Their customer pick up parking is not very well marked. It might as well be behind the building so I parked right out the front door and I called to let the hostess know and she said she’d have my order out right away because at this time it told me they were on their way out. 25 minutes and two phone calls later a young gentleman comes up to my car. I give him the tip and he explains to me that it was sitting there the whole time under the heating lamp because he couldn’t read my name. So I told him it’s been sitting under the lamp this whole time and he verified yes I’m so sorry. I asked for a replacement order and he proceeded to say they won’t do that cause this is still good cause it’s been under the heating lamp. Okay I ordered a steak medium so it got to sit there and cook for 20 minutes under the heat lamp. They think I really want that.? so I asked for a refund. He said he’d be right back so 11 minutes later I walk in the door myself and asked about my refund when the manager was passing by me. He stopped and pointed to a computer print out of my refund, did not even try to make it right…. Like this is okay. The couple that walked in after me was actually just about finished with their meal. That’s crazy To Me. At least I got my refund but it really makes me sad as this was one of my favourite treats for myself a couple of times a month but I will not be going back and will stop recommending them. I don’t blame the gentleman that brought it out. I blame the fact that there’s no management watching the food orders stack up. Being in the industry for over 20 years myself I know how it goes but if they really wanted my business, they would’ve done something better to compensate for their errors. I need to train the hostess what to do and the situations because she told me at one point my order wasn’t done when in fact it was I am very hungry right now but most of all very disappointed. And did I mention the guy kept my tip? Lol

We had an amazing time at this location in Rogers Arkansas. Our server, Annette was amazing. She was so friendly and sweet. We'll definitely be back simply because of her!

I ordered ahead... the wait was long because a new employee was working the Curbside. I had a lot of compassion because I've been the new girl!! The manager sent a $20 gift card for my wait. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Was not impressed at all. They were out of bread. It took an extremely long time for our food to be served. Once it came out the steaks were cold. The waitress was good though. The menu had food particles between the pages. Would definitely recommend going to another steakhouse.

My wife and my granddaughter ate at outback steakhouse last night in Rogers Ark. We orderd our meal. Our salads came before our drinks and when the waiter brought the drinks he dumped one of the drinks on my wife and in her salad. We had to ask for the replacement salad after our steaks came and got it to go.
Very clean facility with fast service by an attentive and friendly staff. We will return
