I seriously just spent almost $65 dollars on 3 meals, and the guy taking the order wouldn't even let me finish ordering, my orders were completely wrong. He kept talking over when I was trying to tell him what I wanted. I was very disappointed, the ladies from the morning are so polite and friendly, but this guy seriously, he should be either trained properly or have better manners, I've worked in the food industry for over 8 years, and I would never allow anything like this to happen.

I don't understand how these people can live with themselves knowing that they are giving this kind of service...I ordered my meal and when I was finished, lo and behold my fortune cookie was NOT in the bag! I had my heart set on the fortune hidden in the little dessert that tasted like the box it came in! I was denied the simple pleasure of reading my prophetic fortune and ending it with the clichéd statement "...in bed." How dare they! I for one will never spend my hard earned plasma donation money on this food establishment ever again! They just keep taking and taking and taking! And for what?! I demand satisfaction!! An apology isn't good. Loss of employment isn't enough! Giving them paper cuts and pouring lemon juice in them is mere child's play to the tortures that should await them in hell or the line at the DMV!! NO. They deserve something unheard of in this world and in the next! Something that makes the Devil himself lose his lunch...... All of this over one simple fortune cookie.
In all honesty though, kidding aside. They were finishing up, I ordered something to go and for some reason they apologized for not having any fortune cookies. I brushed it off, didn't care but jokingly raised my voice in mocking anger and shock, "What, no fortune cookie!" I was told some customers actually get "upset" when the store doesn't have them...we had a good chuckle and laugh about it... I thought I'd leave a comment that started off like an angry, uptight Karen rant and then thank the staff. Thanks for making my night enjoyable! It's good to see people let go of the "robot customer service speak" and just relax, chill and be informal. There will always be Karen's who take things way too seriously. Then there's people like me who could care less about formality and not lose my shit over something so small as not having my fortune cookie. ✌🏻
Hopefully, someday, someone opens a Karen's or Dicks restaurant here in Northwest Arkansas. So the staff can be Karen's and Dicks right back to the customers. I'd love that job!😈

This place is a rip off. I ordered the first time and my beef and broccoli had literally no beef. I ordered again today and it was not delivered at all. Apparently they choose to 3rd party contract through door dash and said it isn’t their problem once it leaves the store and I would have to call door dash. I did not order through door dash; I ordered directly from the Panda Express app. They should be responsible for unfulfilled deliveries. When I called door dash, they said I had to contact the store since I went through them. The manager was rude and had no interest in trying to take care of the issue.

When doing takeout at this location, they’re sometimes quite stingy with their protein or entrees in comparison to other Panda Express locations, like Springdale. Huge piles out Chow Mein but like 6 pieces of meat per entry.
Good food. Good service. The place is kind of under construction inside right now. You can still eat in though.
