I only ever went for the orange chicken, but they changed the sauce so it's not quite good anymore. May try again sometime, but I dropped one star after two orders of the chicken weren't good.

If I could leave zero, I would. I paid $25 for food to be delivered. I ordered through the PANDA app. I don't even have DoorDash. The order was never delivered and then the store manager argued with me and refused to provide contact information for a district manager or someone that was above her level. I was contacted by DoorDash who couldn't do anything but tell me they had a picture-of the food delivered in the wrong place and they couldn't refund me because, again, I ordered through the PANDA app. When I told the manager, Sarah, I wanted a refund she told me I'd need to contact DoorDash-who had already told me that they couldn't refund something they didn't charge. The charge shows on my statement as FROM PANDA. Panda's reliance upon a third-party delivery service lost them any future business from me. I won't even be dining there in person going forward because arguing with a customer or trying to accuse them of lying about a delivery being taken to the wrong place is unacceptable. If you can't hold your driver accountable, don't use the service. I'm still awaiting a response from guest services because there's not even a number to call on the app for issues with delivery. Absolutely the worst delivery experience I've ever had.

For a long time now, they've only been giving me one of the sauces shown in the picture above. I've always ordered online for pickup and I always ask for this type of sauce, and wow, surprise, they only give me one for every six dishes I order, and sometimes even I ordered more. And the sauces I don't want or even ask for, like the hot sauce, which I don't want, they always give me tons of. I used to order once or twice a week, but because of this kind of stinginess, I stopped. A few weeks ago, I ordered again, and it's always the same. What's worse is that if you order online, they always give you the wrong food and it's spoiled. Honestly, I no longer recommend this place. Besides that, the staff is extremely rude. I'd rather go all the way to Bentonville and go to the competition to enjoy a good Asian meal. 👎👎👎👎👎

When you go in and they are out of orange chicken and it’s like why haven’t they stayed on top of this and now you have to wait a while to get orange chicken and that’s the sign to leave. I will not come back again

The food took us very long to get even though there was about six people working on taking orders, and people behind us in line got their orders before us and also workers completely ignored our order, and we were standing their for about 30 minutes until someone finally helped us and we still had to wait for our food to be done, the food was also already cold as we sat down to eat.

I myself can’t stand this place because the man manager in there treating me like I was a two year-old I’m a DoorDash that’s done almost 1100 dashes since December and I don’t take well. The people that treat me like crap when I treat them with utmost respect, they are our client as well. The food is overrated. It’s overpriced and I didn’t like what I got at all. It was hard even though it was orange chicken chicken should not be hard and neither should the casing.

Evey time I get food I get a ton of rice and very little of the main. I just order a bowl with the honey wal nut shrimp and have like 6 shrimp and a bowl of rice it and it cost me 14 dollars and it the the first time it happened it has happened to me with anything I order.

Ordered a plate… chow mein, got 95% cabbage n rest noodles… Same thing with Beijing beef, most of it is onions n bell peppers… If u don’t have food n you wanna be lazy not to make more cuz its almost closing time just say u don’t have em instead of giving leftover cabbage n bell peppers
