I don't understand how these people can live with themselves knowing that they are giving this kind of service...I ordered my meal and when I was finished, lo and behold my fortune cookie was NOT in the bag! I had my heart set on the fortune hidden in the little dessert that tasted like the box it came in! I was denied the simple pleasure of reading my prophetic fortune and ending it with the clichéd statement "...in bed." How dare they! I for one will never spend...
When doing takeout at this location, they’re sometimes quite stingy with their protein or entrees in comparison to other Panda Express locations, like Springdale. Huge piles out Chow Mein but like 6 pieces of meat per entry.
Customer service was amazing, by far the best I've experienced in a while. Jocelyn I think that was her name, Val, and one other young lady working the window. They had nothing but smiles and a great attitude!
