This was our first time to eat here. It will probably be our last as well.
Our server was extremely rude. Maybe she was having a bad day, but she took it out on the customers.
The food was ho – hum. When my wife asked if the sweet potato fries were made fresh, she told us none of the potato products were house made. All out of a package.
Then we waited for 10 minutes for somebody to bring us silverware so we could eat the meal once it arrived.
We don’t live in the area, but it seemed like this was a nice side of town with decent restaurants and bars.
Maybe this was just an off night… But they sure didn’t meet the expectations this time.

The Good: the burger/fries combo arrived hot and was tasty. The Bad: we ordered the Debris Fries. Arrived warm. Fries, covered in cheese, then covered in beef gravy. What we thought were beef chunks in the gravy, were actually undiluted chunks of beef boullion. The Ugly: the ladies bathroom door was filthy with grime near the doorknob and lightswitch. Seemed to be short staffed on the day we went. Service was efficient, but not one staff member smiled the entire time we were there.

The only thing worth eating was the garlic parmesan fries. The hamburgers were dry. No flavor. I got the arkie burger. The chili tasted like it was from a can. It had no flavor. I'm sorry but sonic chili is better. The waitress was amazing. The food was horrible

2nd time at Parkside....delicious hamburgers, large selection of beer. Staff all work together and are attentive. Wonderful!!
