Food is always good but service at this location makes me not want to return. Girl at the cash register had her phone tucked under the screen watching a video with an ear bud in. Wasn’t paying attention when I asked a question. Just slid our food forward without taking her eyes off the phone. No “thank you”
Service is weak.

My wife and I came here to eat and her Italian sandwich was cold. Not the end of the world. But when the manager came over she asked her “did you wait to eat it until the pizza was done” because I ordered a pizza. And then on top of that she only made her a half of a sandwich to make up for the one that was cold. She only took one bite from her cold sandwich (the cheese wasn’t even melted). So not only was she quizzed about when did she eat the sandwich but was also only given half and we paid for a full sandwich.

We went on a Sunday afternoon, and we had no clue that it would be so crowded. We waited in the queue for a while and ordered a cheese sandwich, tomato soup and vegetarian pizza. They were really good and the price was much more reasonable than many other restaurants.

I wanted to try Pickleman's for quite a while. Needed a quick sandwich so decided to stop in. Got a basic turkey and bacon. It was okay. It was only two slices of meat. It was a basic sandwich and nothing to brag about. Would I go back? Probably not. Bland food with average ingredients..... there are so many better sandwich places

I had an online order issue and Toni took care of me quickly! In the meantime, I had 3 other staff members ask if I’d been helped or needed anything. Great food. Great staff. I just love their bread. Tomato soup is solid too.

I ordered a chicken salad sandwich on wheat with chips and a drink. Very little information was provided as to what was included or available for the sandwich. Staff needed more direction on how to greet and communicate with customers. Even so, the big kicker, in my opinion, was the fact that at “Pickleman’s Gourmet Cafe” no pickle was included with the meal. You have to purchase it separately. Not even a spear. Go figure.

Atmosphere and store reminded me of Subway with it's own twist. Service was quick and efficient. Staff was kind and helpful. Food was hot and fresh and yummy.
