I actually didn't go there but my granddaughter picked up some food for me that I had been wanting to try from there. I had their chicken adobo and Pancit. It was excellent 👌 very authentic.

Wow! My sister and I tried several dishes and they taste just like home! I haven’t had a siopao this good since my childhood! The sisig was perfect! The owners were so polite and came to check on us to make sure we were satisfied and we 1000% were! Best Filipino food in nwa!

Absolutely love the food. My only complaint is I feel it's difficult to actually catch them. There have been multiple times I've tried to get food and either they have been closed or the trailer is just gone. These instances have been during their normal operating hours according to google.

My wife and I absolutely love the food. It probably has our favorite fried rice in all of NWA, however we had an awful experience arriving to the food truck as we overhear the owner bad mouth our order. As we walked up, we overheard the owner telling everyone else (in a semi-hateful manner) the reason their order was taking so long was because of us. The owner mentioned it was our fault because their kitchen is not built to make fried rice - please take it off the menu if this is the case. It was very awkward for us and not a very pleasant experience. We later learned that the reason the order took so long was because their initial batch was ruined. Customers understand this, just be honest - it very much left a bad taste in our mouth ordering from pinoylicious again. It really is a shame as the cooking is fantastic. We are major fans of the food.

I called to place an order with Pinoylicious at 5:20 pm and was told that they were busy, but that the order would be ready around 5:50 pm. I arrived at about 5:45 and expected to be able to check in and let them know I had arrived. There was no one at the window to talk to. Both employees were working in the kitchen. I get it; they're busy and it's all hands on deck to make food. However, I really thought someone would pop over to the window to give myself and the other waiting customers an occasional update. That didn't happen. Some other people waiting had less patience than me and simply left after a few minutes of standing in front of the service window with no service. My food was finally ready at 6:20 pm, an hour after I placed the order and 30 minutes after the promised ready time.
The food was incredible and unlike anything I've had before. I really want to go back to try more of their food, but Pinoylicious needs to make some major operational changes. People expect reasonably quick service from a food truck with a 15-25 minute wait time, even if it is busy. If it's going to be longer, please say so so that people can walk around Osage Park rather than standing outside of the food truck with no updates for 35 minutes.
