My family loves Pizza Hut pizza. We are given a time frame that the pizza will be ready when I call in the order. We get there as it is being brought to the front of the store. Always hot, toppings are fresh, and always delicious. Their dessert bread sticks (not sure what they call them) with the cinnamon and frosting are outstanding as they are warm and soft! We'll be back!!

If I could give a negative star review, that would be generous. Half of our pizza didn't have sauce on it, you could literally put the cheese, sauce and toppings on 1/2 of the pizza and the rest was crust. The pizza, wings, and breadsticks were cold. When I asked for Parmesan cheese and crushed red they told me that cost a $1.00. Okay whatever. They didn't bring them or any sauce for the wings. When I called to see wtf just happened I was told wings don't come with any sauce....wow really bc I get sauce from jack in the box for a $1.00 taco and wouldn't you ask since it's custom practice to eat wings with ranch or blue cheese dressing! We are staying in hotel which is why I also asked for plates which they also did not bring. I'm now writing this review in the parking lot as I leave to go get ranch. This Pizza Hut is a joke! I would pull their franchise if I owned the right to Pizza Hut bc no one would eat at another one after this terrible service. Edit to review - apparently there's also a bug in our pizza!! Didn't think it could get worse but it did!

Three orders in a row that were late or wrong. Called the first time and the guy that answered blew it off. The last two deliveries were late. Tonight's was almost 30 minutes past the estimated delivery time. We're done with Pizza Hut.

I don't know what happened to Pizza Hut's pizzas. I don't know if it's just this store or all of them but whenever I buy any large pizzas they're always really thin in the middle. I usually get stuffed crust and the crust is always kinda hollow and the middle of the pizza is as thin as a piece of cardboard. My main problem here is whenever I make an online order to just walk in and pick it up I wait around 20 minutes at my house because I know it'll take a while to make. After that, I head over to the store and tell them I'm here to pick up my order. They tell me they're making it and on their screen it says around 4 minutes remaining. I say to myself "I guess that's not too bad", but I ended up waiting 40 extra minutes for 3 pizzas. This store has gone to hell over the past couple of years. They either need more employees or younger/faster workers. They're literally always so rude when I go here.

Just called them a few mins ago. Wanted to place a delivery order and the person who answered was talking in a weird whispery voice. And then changed their voice immediately when I questioned it. I don't have time for them to be joking at my expense. Will not use.

Called me back 40 minutes after I placed my order to tell me it would take to long to deliver to my house with Friday night Bentonville traffic and my order was canceled.

Done with chain pizza. They're all awful, but gave in to the kids for the hut on a busy Thursday. 2 medium pizzas took an hour to deliver, 30 minutes past promised time. 50% crust and cold. I had the phone in hand to ask where my food was when the doorbell rang. I'm not going to call them to complain because I'd rather avoid them again at all costs. Nearly any local restaurant has delivery for the same price through 3rd party services. . Even in NWA there are a hundred other options. Next time I'll choose one of them.

Chain doesn't mean it's the same. We got two medium pizzas, hand toss. Worst worst worst pizza ever! Thick edge crust, no toppings on first 2" edge of pizza, from thick to thin and sloppy greasey center. Will never do this hut again!

I scheduled a delivery online early in the afternoon for that evening. When the pizza got to my house, it tasted like it had been made hours before. I actually had to reheat the pizza to make it edible. I had ordered a pizza that was half and half, and one of the pieces had nothing but cheese on it and the olives were only on two pieces instead of four. I'll be ordering pizza elsewhere next time.

This place is pretty good. I have ordered pizza from there a few times and they always seem to get the order right and on time. The only reason I am giving 4 stars and not five is the staff is not always the most friendly or helpful. Other than that its great.

This place is pretty good. I have ordered pizza from there a few times and they always seem to get the order right and on time. The only reason I am giving 4 stars and not five is the staff is not always the most friendly or helpful. Other than that its great.
