“I went in about 6pm today and there was somewhat of a rush. I had a large order for take-out. My order got kinda lost in the shuffle. However, I commend the staff and team of taking care of the situation when I addressed it. They did not lose their cool and remained professional. I, the customer, maintained my cool, too; which the customer has the responsibility to not become irrate and maintain patience as well, and not inflame the situation. The store just recently reopened from recovering from the tornado last year, and the new team will find their groove“
