I went in about 6pm today and there was somewhat of a rush. I had a large order for take-out. My order got kinda lost in the shuffle. However, I commend the staff and team of taking care of the situation when I addressed it. They did not lose their cool and remained professional. I, the customer, maintained my cool, too; which the customer has the responsibility to not become irrate and maintain patience as well, and not inflame the situation. The store just recently reopened from recovering from the tornado last year, and the new team will find their groove

Went for lunch on 7/19. They are so disorganized. Took my whole lunch break to oder and then when i got to the window they very rudly asked what i had ordered. After that they only gave me 3 packets of ketchup for two orders of fries, and didnt give me any dipping sauce for the chicken tenders.

This location has consistently forgotten parts of our orders and require us to either eat it anyway feeling ripped off and unsatisfied or drive back to retrieve the missing food (as the other food gets cold on the counter at home). I wouldn’t write this if it wasn’t literally 1/2 times we visit this location.

Didn’t receive an entire 3 pc order of tenders, our drinks looked and tasted like they ran out of syrup in the machine, no silverware or napkins provided so when we got to the park to eat, we couldn’t eat half the sides, ordered extra sauce (got charged for it) and didn’t get any. The food we did get tasted okay, if not a little cold, but we didn’t receive a third of our order or anything to go with it.
