Man working the window is on top of things tonight. That was a great drive-thru experience

Absolutely ridiculous! They overcharged me for a meal I didn’t want and when I call to complain that they gave me a large meal when I didn’t want it, they tell me that they will just remake my meal for me. I come up here and this very rude old lady says they will not remake my order and was raising her voice at me when I ask why would a manager say that they will remake my order and then tell me differently. She then proceeds to tell me that they can make the new meal for me but I will be charged for it. Very rude and unprofessional workers! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I doordashed and got the opposite of what I ordered only restaurant to get EVERY single item wrong really upsetting.

Yeah no this place is terrible no sauce? Don’t ask me for a dipping sauce if you won’t give me one hello??? It’s called using your brain, fire these teenagers. Disappointed and angry. Spent MY MONEY ON THIS.

Just do not understand I felt like I literally had to fight with Popeyes. It’s never ever had to be this difficult I wanted the blackened sandwich originally and they said that they stop selling the item.. cool I’m okay I get the tenders instead I waited it and got my order came all the way across town I seen this. These tenders are completely naked no type of seasoning on them I’m not able make it back there tonight for them to remake my order they said that they are not able to give me my 13$ order because I would not have proof that the tenders weren’t up to par I don’t want to fight just wanted some peace and some good chicken.

Not what it was the popcorn shrimp was to hard to eat like a rock some of them.

We have ordered out at this restaurant 3 times and every time we have to go back to get the extra biscuits and condiments we ordered. Every time! Not one apology or even the slightest look of disappointment in themselves.

Good greasy chicken. Good flavor. Sides are not all that great. Biscuits are like hockey pucks. Flat and hard.

Arrived at this restaurant and decided to go inside to order. Waited 15 minutes at the counter after being told someone would be with us. We had a line of 6 others that was standing behind us at that point. I asked the kid working behind the counter what the deal was since they were only serving folks at the drive thru and not people at the counter. He said it was because they had more than 3 orders at the drive thru window and they wouldn't work the inside counter until they were under 3 orders. They had six at the time and it constantly stayed at 6 on their screen as customers continued to go to the drive thru as well.

There were 4 individuals standing behind the counter and only 2 were actively doing anything. They refused to acknowledge the line that was standing inside at the counter at all. No "sorry for the wait" nothing. They completely ignore the people standing there. We ended up walking out, as did the couple behind us.

No customer service, complete disarray, and no sense of urgency.
