Do not go eat here literally spent like 33 dollars for a little piece of meat with two shrimps and probably 2 spoons of beens lol food was super salty . Also I ordered some yuca con chicharrón that was only yuca you lucky if you get two little pieces of chicharrón lol for the prices they have is not worth it .

Found hair in the to go order, they refused to refund or fix my order. They wanted for me to drive back to the store thru a snow storm and they would only refund what food I brought back from the order. All the recent comments on here I can relate to and obviously they don't follow proper food handling. health inspector should definitely check this restaurant. They definitely lost a customer.

Food is good, but service isn't. Food takes forever to come out. I called in order ahead for a pick up but they forgot to make it. Pretty disappointed

I liked everything I ordered, scrambled pupusas, cheese with pumpkin, fresh salad, corn atol and fried yucca, everything was delicious, I recommend this place. I loved everything I ordered, the pupusas were amazing, the fried yuca, the corn atole and the salad drink, it was all great, I recommend this place.

It literally does not matter how you order your food(in person or on the phone), they will not get you your food in a decent amount of time. This place is dirty, nasty, and the staff are all mean. They are ridiculous, I will never be taking my family here again. It always takes more than an hour to get our food. Don't believe them if they say only 20-30 minutes, you're going to be waiting double that for mediocre Pupusas. Ridiculous.

I usually like to come here, but this time it just seemed like they didn’t care. I sat down with my two year old, it was just me and her and no one approached us until about 5-10 minutes after we sat down. And we were literally the only people in the restaurant during that time. (As showed in the picture below). When she approached us, she did not apologize for the wait, but seemed careless if we were there or not. She was not very friendly or attentive. She never checked up on us after bringing us the food. She did not smile once. The food was over cooked, too greasy and had lots of burned spots as you can see in the picture. Disappointed in the server/ service mostly. Other times it has been great. So that’s why I’m giving 3 stars.
