I usually like Qudoba but I just went through and they gave me a dry, crunchy tortilla for my burrito then the person taking my order must’ve misheard me because I asked for extra rice and she gave me peppers and onions that I didn’t want or ask for. The burrito fell apart when I went to eat it because it wasn’t sealed well. The queso was very good but overall the meal wasn’t worth the $20.

The customer service I received at this Qdoba was excellent. I was, however, disappointed by the food. The portion initially prepared was pretty small- I asked for another scoop of rice so that it could be a reasonable portion size, and the worker kindly added another scoop. I ordered a Veggie bowl in the late afternoon with a side of chips. The rice was pretty dry, the guacamole was sour, and the chips were stale. They didn't charge me for the guacamole or chips, at least, which I'm not sure is usual practice or not. Overall- customer service was great, though the food didn't stand out as something I'd want to fork out $12 for.

Interestingly, I used to go to Qdoba, probably four or five times a week. It was actually a little bit ridiculous so we’ve all dealt with the fact that they really cut back on the scoops of meat that they put in the burrito in the amount of rice that they now put in the burrito to fill up for it Aside from that. I think the food at Qdoba has gone way downhill. The pricing is up and frankly, I just can’t pay that amount of money for a product that keeps getting worse and worse. I’d rather make a burrito at home and the really big part that makes Qdoba invisible anymore is the fact That they did away with the one thing that they really got right…breakfast. Now I know a lot of my memories were at 1 AM in college getting a burrito after a long night out but even on my adulthood it was nice to have a Qdoba burrito for breakfast and that is no more bring it back Qdoba!

If you come in for a pick up,they take care of the walk ins before they take care of you regardless if you were there first. Shameful.

I generally love Qdoba - but my experience at the Rogers location was extremely strange and disappointing... We arrived roughly 2.5 hours before they were scheduled to close today, and all of the chairs were already put up like they were preparing to close. The tray my burrito was being prepared on literally had old crusty cheese from who knows how long ago on it and was clearly not clean... The health violation from this kind of thing is an abhorrent disrespect for the customer. The employee didn't close the burrito very well - it came apart while I was eating it and I was trying my best to keep it together... The food ... Was room temp, barely warm - and we sat down and ate it immediately after getting the food. The meat specifically was so unpleasant and room-temp I'm genuinely worried it's going to make me sick from food poisoning...We had to take the chairs off of our table and that really creates an unpleasant atmosphere where you feel generally unwelcomed or like your an inconvenience, which I would understand if I had walked in minutes before they close... But that was not the case...
This was an unpleasant experience... And I regret eating what I was served... The only reason I didn't ask for a refund is because I really don't like to be that person... But I feel a review is warranted because I really don't think anyone should eat at this location after what we experienced... And I know this sounds dramatic, but this place should legitimately be investigated for food safety...

This was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. Spending $14-15 per person (meal, no drink), the quality should increase above the McDonald's level but this was just such a disappointment. We were there at 7:30pm on a Sunday -- they close at 10pm, but all of the chairs were already on the tables. The food was luke-warm and old. The employee who made my spouse's burrito didn't fold it right and it unfolded completely while being eaten. Not only that, but the plate they made the burrito on was dirty with crusted cheese on it. Thee two employees were short, uncourteous, and disinterested which was frustrating considering we were the only two people there. I worked in food for years, and I know how frustrating and soul-sucking the job can be. But there is still a level of expectation when someone is paying you to take care of customers. Don't treat them like they are an inconvenience when they are in two hours before closing. It would be different if it was 9:30 -- I would almost expect the old food and rude behavior at that point because they'd be trying to close. Just a shame. I like Qdoba, but I will not be eating here again or advising anyone I know to do so either. For two meals with no drinks to come to $30, the service and experience should be better. I can only imagine the hygiene and food practices in the kitchen if that is how they are treating the front of house... They need someone to keep them accountable to good customer service and best food practices.

Walked In at like 3pm and the place was spotless and dead, whoever the new GM is knows what he’s doing. Food was hot, and chips weren’t over seasoned. Glad to see one of my favorite chains has done a full 180 degrees from the last ownership

I feel for the kids working here. It is absolutely disgusting the way this location is ran. I ordered online. I’m told on arrival they are out of taco salad shells. I wait for them to make some. Then told they are out of ground beef. I ask to cancel the order and told there hasn’t been a manager there for 5 hrs and they, the kids working aren’t allowed to refund anyone for anything. Also told because they are minors, they can’t handle raw meat to cook it. Which now means the dry chicken they subbed out is over 5hrs old. Get passed all that for them to explain they are also out of the veggies. This proprietor needs to rethink his career path. Fast forward 10min til I get home and imagine my surprise to not have any tortilla chips… not 1 for an order of nachos

Whoa—$18 for a bowl and a drink?! This is a Chipotle knockoff, but I don't recall paying such a steep price at Chipotle. It was a weekday at 5:00 p.m. and the restaurant was deserted.
In terms of the food, I found it difficult to enjoy. For me, the fact that jalapenos are in everything these days is really problematic. Because when jalapenos are present, all I can taste is jalapeño. I tried to avoid them, and the staff was helpful. I slattered it with sour cream but still ended up throwing most of it away.

My friend found raw chicken in his bowl. Took it back to get remade and they didn't even comp him or apologize or anything. Years ago my wife had the same thing happen and we hadn't been back since. My steak was overcooked and not good. The Queso is like cheese soup. Severely overpriced. Won't be back

The food is so good but why do I give it 4 stars? I eat rice with hard uncooked. They need to cook soft rice. But the taste is so good. Just need to cook rice and can hurt your teeth when you bite it
