Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Everything from the quality of the food to how the staff treated me, plus the simple yet beautiful atmosphere, makes this place amazing! I’ve eaten here almost five times a month—maybe even more. I’d definitely recommend it.

The employees were very friendly despite the location being slammed on a Sunday night. This is the first time I ate at a raising canes and had high hopes. The food was 'meh' and expensive. The chicken fingers were really small for the price I paid. The canes sauce that everyone raves about tasted like a burger sauce (like you could get from Freddy's with lemon pepper in it). The piece of bread was really good, but you don't go to a chicken restaurant for bread.

There are other better chicken restaurants out there.

Why does the girl at the first window have to be so rude? Extremely condescending when I was just informing them of something.

It's fried chicken. It's fine. My friend just loves their chicken so that's why we ate there. It's a busy crowded fast food restaurant. Service was fine.

If you like chicken, this is the place to go! The Canes sauce is some of the best. Fries seem to always be a little undercooked though

I visited on May 4th around 5 PM. The food was excellent, but unfortunately, the customer service was very disappointing. Some of the staff taking orders were extremely disrespectful and made comments or acted in ways that felt racially insensitive. I truly believe that all customers deserve to be treated with respect, no matter their race or ethnicity. I understand that people have bad days, but professionalism should always be maintained in customer-facing roles. I hope the management takes this seriously and addresses the issue, because no one should have to experience discrimination while simply trying to enjoy a meal.
