Ordered Grilled Shrimp 03/31 on Easter and it's was utterly disgusting. Something wasn't right about it. Got me slightly sick. Service and appetizer was good but shrimp made me slightly sick.

Late lunch. Convenient at the door parking. No wait time; perhaps 10 -12 other diners. Server attentive without hovering, friendly, welcoming accurate. Food looked appealing and at proper temperature. Facility appeared clean and well maintained. Prices fair. Grilled shrimp and scallops over rice: perfection.

Lots of food! $ is very nice, Lobster Tail was just incredible. I also tried a burger...it was fantastic, although I haven't had a second one to rate itParking: There is parking available for the disabled, parking for small cars, and ample parking in the back. I do wish there was more lighting in the back, but ample free parkingKid-friendliness: It's just a family-friendly place with a mood setting. seem to calm me with the low light.

People go to Red lobster! It's still there and the food is still pretty good! You cannot beat the daily specials. My crab legs have been the best the last three times so fresh and steamed to perfection they fall out of the shell still together.

Our server Beto was the worst. Lucky to get the 10% tip he did but felt nice even though he seemingly didn't care about us. We weren't asked for a drink order for at least 10 min. Almost wanted to walk out. He forgot us twice, once had another server deliver a course that she* forgot to deliver. We had to ask another server to provide sauces and extras (she got half of Beto 's tip). He never asked if we wanted another refill on our drinks. My steak was not medium, it was well and hard to cut. Just felt like we were put in a corner spot to be forgotten with bad service.And RL of Rogers, I will not write another review on Facebook or follow up. I used to be a server. I know restaurants. I have never been to a restaurant before with less enthusiasm. No table touches, no forward projection anticipating customers needs. Your staff seemed like they just did not want to be there. Any of them. Karen was stellar. Give her a raise. She was the only one we noticed that cared. Will not return. Ever.

We waited 30 minutes before we stopped a waitress walking by. She apologized and brought us drinks and some biscuits. She also took our food order even though she wasn't our assigned waitress. We stopped her again 40 minutes later and asked where our food was. She went back to the kitchen and "our waiter" brought our appetizer and our meal out together. The biscuits were amazing but the food was awful! He apologized and blamed the cook. We asked for the check and waited 20 more minutes before I had to ask the hostess to find this guy so I could pay. I don't need Red Lobster to reply or try to make it right. I just hope that yall will do better for the next guy.

Food was good as always. Our server definitely neglected us. Out of the 3 people I was dining with we only got 1 cup refilled out of 3 people. Biscuits was only given to us once but was told that it would be dropped off soon never came to our table. So we were left just waiting on our main course without no drinks. Never a thank you to us or being checked on by our server. But I will say the manger there did check up on everything so greatly appreciated that. Atmosphere is always dark so I can't say much about it.
