Stopped in for lunch with my wife recently and everything was great. I accidentally left my credit card behind, and the staff secured it in the safe until I returned. I greatly appreciate the professionalism exhibited by the staff at this location.

Excellent service but the real reason I go is that they are reliably gluten free and the staff is all trained and respects the request for extra care.

I came into Red Robin tonight just expecting a normal burger and fries. What I got instead was a life changing experience. Our waiter, Dain, didn’t just bring us food, he brought us joy. This man didn’t let a single fry go cold or a drink hit half empty. Every time our basket started looking light, he appeared out of nowhere like some kind of fry guardian angel. I’ve never seen service so fast, so precise, and so emotionally healing.

Dain didn’t just serve us fries, he served us hope. His jokes were on point. Perfect timing. The kind of humor that makes you forget about your problems and just appreciate the moment. I’m not saying he’s a stand up comedian moonlighting as a waiter, but if he announced a Netflix special tomorrow, I’d watch it twice.

At one point, I realized something profound. Dain didn’t just make my dinner better, he made me better. I walked into Red Robin hungry. I walked out full, not just in my stomach, but in my soul.

If Red Robin ever builds a Hall of Fame, Dain deserves his own wing, right next to the bottomless fries he so fearlessly delivered.

10/10. Would follow this man into another refill of fries any day.

I made an online order today around 2pm. The restaurant kept telling the delivery person the order would be ready shortly. That went on for over 30 minutes. I had asked for extra crispy fries, so I thought maybe this caused the delay? Nope, fries came soggy. The burger came waaaaay overdone and it had been separated into three pieces. And the outside of the burger has this really sweet flavor...what is that? Never had that on a plain burger before. I did not receive any of the condiments I requested. All I wanted was pickles and onions. None of that, just a mound of lettuce. I've ordered from here for years and the quality and consistency just keep getting worse. Whether it's dining in, pickup, or delivery, the quality of the food for the price isn't worth it. Go to Chilis, they have a great cheeseburger for a better price and it's always consistent.

I just ordered something, and then I wanted something else. Lol, so I gave 1 less star, but it is a 5, there, I just fixed it. I was just not wanting what I got. Thought I did, but then the waitress walked by with something WAY better. Doit!

Food was good, our server was good but my husband order an extra Patty and when he didn’t get it, he told the server to just remove the charge off our bill. The server was sweet and just went back to the kitchen where the manager said VERY loudly she put two Patties on the burger and for her to come check his burger which when she return I showed her! Our booth was next to the kitchen were I felt very uncomfortable and that was very unprofessional!

Food was good, service was really good. Nice place to eat with the Family, or by yourself. Go in today and try it out.
