Let's be real for a minute, we used to love Red Robin, but had a bad experience at the Rogers location and haven't been back in a couple years. Today we decided to give it a try again. So glad we did. Atmosphere was the same, but the service and food were much improved. There were a lot of new items I had not seen on the menu before. I went with the Royal Burger, love the egg! Shout out to Tyler, Kitchen Manager. He welcomed us as we walked in and even stopped by at the beginning of the meal and the end to check in and see how everything was. He was doing this with all the tables. It made a good impression on us and we appreciate the intentional effort to making a good dining experience. I can confidently say, Red Robin Rogers is back on our list. We will be back soon. Note: I would have had more pictures, but we ate all our food too fast. :)
Kid-friendliness: Perfect for kids. Our boys love it!

$75 for 2 mediocre burgers, stale fries, basic drinks, and an appetizer. The waitress was wonderful, but everything else was disappointing and the prices are insane for the low quality.

Went here twice recently. Most recent we tried to call ahead and they told us there was no wait and they wouldn't take a reservation/call ahead. A half.hpur.layer we arrive and the manager told us it was an hour wait. We asked what happened and they shrugged. I told them we were very upset as this ruined our plans for the evening and asked for the manager. The man up front told us he was the manager and said his name is Tyler and to go ahead andeave a bad review. Here ya go Tyler. This was our go-to restaurant until this. Won't be back.
Update: What a shame. I've given this place chance after chance after chance.
I've watched servers play on their phones at the bar rather than take orders. I've watched servers ignore seating me with 2 tables filled in the house.
Today I paced a call in order and arrived after 25 minutes. I was told it would be less than 5 minutes and asked to pay. I declined of course.
It was almost 20 minutes later, the order was incorrect and the food was almost cold.
I love RR in general. This is my go to restaurant in any town I visit, but it's a shame it's the worst restaurant in my local area. The employees hate the customers, the food can't be prepped timely or in order. This location should just close and call it done. Few times have I seen such a poorly organized restaurant. I'm genuinely surprised this place turns a profit.

Appetizer of guac, salsa, chips came out with brown quac, scraped off what we could then when I took a bite of it there was something in it hard and crunchy, tasted like a stale crouton. They did bring a replacement. Kids ordered bottomless mac and cheese, ask for refill twice before getting them, took over 10min to get them, had to ask for straws 3 times, had to call her to table for drink refills for daughter and grandkids, I asked for refill of water numerous times and never received it. We have eaten there many times, as a matter of fact I live in Texas and when I come up to visit this is always one of our favorite places to eat. Therefore, having enjoyed it on many occasions, I was Totally Dissapointed. Spent over $75 and received TERRIBLE service, no apologies from her. Plus the brown quac with something disgusting in it. Not sure I want to pay this much money for burgers again having receiving such dissapointing

I had the teriyaki chicken sandwich, my favorite. I get it every time only this time. It was the thinnest piece of grilled chicken I’ve ever seen in my life between two buns. I left hungry. Won’t order that ever again so sad.

The website didn't allow me to order unless I added a tip. The worst part was that I didn't get my full order, I was missing some onion rings and being forced to tip on top of that was really disappointing.

Burger was extremely dry. I ordered a medium southern charm got a well done extra dry. Even the sweet potato fry’s were extra dry !! Service is good. For the Price of $30 should have gone to Freddy’s across the street. I rarely write reviews anymore but this franchise needs to raise their standards.

Prices have gone up and portions have gone down, other than a mistake with our burgers and their hard to read handicap parking spots, it could have been worse

I like RR but it's freezing in the restaurant. I go there on a regular basis but I'm not gonna wear a coat to dine. I'll go to Cracker Barrel where they have a fireplace.
