Cute cookies, the girl with the tattoos was so very helpful even went out of her way to find us the menu to show us what they serve for lunch. But when we moved to the cake side we were reminded that they will close in 4 min, so we just stopped shopping and left. Felt rushed out of the store.

From the moment you walk in,, the decorated cakes will stop you in your tracks. The artwork is perfection, and the pricing is unbelievably reasonable. You can watch the artists decorate cookies, cakes, brownies in the most vibrant colors. Sterling helped us with our order, being so kind and patient as we tried to figure out what to get. Her coffee skills are 10/10!!! Definitely one of new stops when visiting family!

Rick's Bakery was wonderful to work with for my wedding! We got a custom wedding cake, cookies, and rice kripsy treats, and they were a huge hit. The staff was great to work with as well!

Best bakery in the area that we've found. Pastries have always been fresh. Cupcakes and cookies are hit and miss. They taste good, but are often a bit dried out. I just mix them with ice cream and that helps.

Ordered a tray for an event and it was delivered on a bike - all of the cupcakes came on their side or smashed, the petit fours were sweating. The food arrived completely unacceptable regardless of if I was hosting an event or not. The phone number rings to Fayetteville so I was unable to speak with anyone at the Rogers location and had to come request a replacement in person. The girl working the counter was nice, but was unable to fix my order immediately and I had to wait - this situation is beyond unacceptable and should have never happened (being delivered on bike). I also spoke to another girl that brought out our order that was very understanding and told me the bike delivery is a newer service they are trying out - I would not recommend having ricks deliver your order if they are going to be delivering this way. I have used Ricks for other events in the past - including my wedding - but I was so disappointed by this I am not sure if I will be using Rick’s again.
I'm a keto/carnivore... but, when I crave a sweet, Rick's is my go to bakery🏆 Key lime & chocolate silk pies are mouth wateringly delicious. Carrot cake petit fours & chocolate walnut fudge (huge pieces!) hit the spot!!👌 total= $15.08 (March, 2025 prices)! Happy place. Great attention to customers.

Read your orders more closely i ordered a dozen donuts and received one as well as tried to call the rogers location tor rectify which says is open until 8 and called at 7:03 no answer and a message saying you were closed.

Last time we went about 2 months ago, we got dry subpar cupcakes. Thought they might have just been a little old or something. Came back today to enjoy fresh moist cupcakes for my wifes birthday and I really think these were more dry than the last time!!! Not impressed and probably wont go back. Sad, We used to love Rick's. Tea was actually stale as well. What happened??
