Every Friday, I purchased sweet treats for work from Rick's Bakery. Today, I ordered 3 dozen half and half but received one half and half. A Reuben Sandwich that was a 20 minute wait, burnt & no dressing. Which makes it super dry & rather tough sandwich. 2 separate cupcakes that Michelle shoved into one tiny container. She proceeded to put a dozen cookies in a little bag & I literally had to tell her differently. Not really that happy about today. To top it all off, I was late for work today. Please retrain Michelle.

This cozy little diner serves up the best donuts and kolaches in the area. I’ve been coming to Rick’s bakery for a couple years now and it never disappoints. The staff are friendly and helpful. They will help you get your donut fix and more. Parking is ample and they are open early.

Baked goods are so hit or miss. The customer service though - I usually come in excited (having forgotten that the previous visit was also disappointing) only to be greeted by someone annoyed I walked in, and then when they take me to the register, they are annoyed at me like it’s my fault that their tap to pay on the register doesn’t work and they have to take me to another register - where they charge a 3% credit card fee. If you would just provide consistently good food AND good service, I would be happy to give you my money. I think I have learned my lesson enough times now though.

I am completely disgusted. I used to get ricks when I was in college and they were amazing. I was in town this weekend and we decided to order a cake for delivery. I ate one and it was stale beyond belief. Noticed it had a very very odd taste. Then I noticed there was black and it was MOLD. I’m sad because I live in Kansas City so I don’t get the opportunity to have ricks!!
This a really great place. You better come early if you want kolaches. Super friendly staff and a huge selection.

This bakery is by far the best in Arkansas. They have an extremely wide variety, working with any dietary restrictions you could think of. The gluten free options are also delightful. Shop here often.

Cute cookies, the girl with the tattoos was so very helpful even went out of her way to find us the menu to show us what they serve for lunch. But when we moved to the cake side we were reminded that they will close in 4 min, so we just stopped shopping and left. Felt rushed out of the store.
