The food and service were great! It was definitely louder than we expected but it was a packed house. We will for sure be back.
Britt was the best! We love the new location, the decor is beautiful, and the food is fantastic.
My wife and I go to Ruth's Chris for almost every anniversary and we love the experience every time! We had the pleasure of getting to experience the new, very impressive two-story Rogers, AR location and it is gorgeous! As always, the food came out fast, it was piping hot, and the drinks were incredible. I will say that I would triple-check you are booking in the "Main Dining Room" and you may want to call ahead if you are going there for any sort of intimate dinner, or a dinner where you want to be able to easily converse with your fellow diners. I did choose "Main Dining Room" on OpenTable, but we were seated at a table in the bar area and it was much louder than any other Ruth's Chris experience we've had. Still, I cannot recommend Ruth's Chris enough, specifically the Rogers location and its staff, and now, facility. It's an amazing experience I hope everyone can enjoy!
Our first time at the new Rogers location and it did not disappoint! What a beautiful facility and the food, service and atmosphere was just as wonderful. We will definitely be back.
This was our first time dining at the new location. We thoroughly enjoyed the vibe of the new building, it's super sleek and hip, definitely fits NWA's culture these days. However, they're definitely going through some growing pains. We could tell our server was new (he was doing his best), and the kitchen was out of quite a few items we tried to order. Our food tasted good, but my steak was undercooked. I will still be coming back, just going to give them a few more months to iron out the wrinkles.
For almost 100$ a plate I expected much more, I was disappointed with the service, the manager sat a walk in group that didn't make reservations before acknowledging me, we waited 15 min after our reservation time, my steak was severely undercooked, and I had to ask for silverware, my ticket was 300$ and I saw my waiter 3 times the entire time. Won't be back until a new manager is in operations.
The food was very good but service was slow. We arrived about 4:45 pm and it took a long time for drinks to arrive after ordering. All service seemed slow for a restaurant of this caliber.
6 person birthday at a round table was a great time. Good food paced to enjoy our friends and drinks. Always a great experience here!
Slowest service we have ever had at Ruth's Chris and I noted it was our anniversary and no one said anything yet the table next to us was celebrating their anniversary and had rose petals and the mgr stopped and said congratulations
Celebrated my wife's birthday and overall had a good time. Service was fine, we were regularly engaged and my wife's birthday was acknowledged with a nice complementary dessert. The restaurant is also beautiful inside. Most of the food was just so so though. The calamari had good flavor but was chewy and did not taste fresh. My bone in ribeye again had great flavor but was thin, tough, and chewy... I have honestly purchased more tender meat at Walmart. Seems this location is also rare in that they don't allow you to bring your own wine for a corkage fee. We had saved a very special bottle to open but had to put it away for another day. Not sure we will be back anytime soon, the value is not the same as past.

We were able to enjoy an amazing dinner on the patio. The food was excellent, service exceptional, and the ambiance perfect.
We had a wonderful meal as always. It was the perfect way to celebrate my husband's birthday.
Had dinner and drinks in the bar area. The restaurant is beautiful and the service is very, very good. Two members of our small group ordered the filet sliders, which are usually great, however, the buns were noticeably burned on a couple of the sandwiches. This was quickly corrected when pointed out but they should not have been served that way. Otherwise, a great experience. Cocktails, crab cakes, sides, were all excellent.
Food was delicious. Service was good, but slow at the beginning. Ambiance was okay/ weather was perfect, noisy from motorcycles & loud cars (nothing to do w Ruth Chris). In the beginning it was so dark we couldn't read the menu. The man trying to adjust the lighting old make it glaringly bright or dark; it took multiple tries to find the middle setting. Value is hard; because it's crazy expensive, yet delicious. $800. to feed 6 family members- 6 entrees & 3 sides, plus beverages-
This was my first time at any Ruth's Chris. The service and food was exceptional. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. She kept communicating with us to see what pace we wanted to move from drinks to appetizers to dinner and finally dessert. The Lobster Voodoo was fantastic. I ordered the classic fillet medium rare and it came out perfect. I almost didn't go because of some recent bad reviews I had seen but I'm glad I did because it was the best steak I have ever had.
