Schlotzsky’s is a solid go-to. Great choice when I don’t know where else to go. I had the Greek salad and it was fresh and flavorful, definitely hit the spot. My wife always gets the kids pizza meal, which is a great value and makes it easy for everyone to be happy. Food comes out quick, service is fast, and everything feels fresh. Hard to beat for a quick, reliable meal.

We had a bad experience our first time going in with the order being screwed up totally but the food was fairly good so several months later we tried it again today. We ordered the kids meal mac and cheese with a fruit cup chocolate milk and my wife ordered a chicken and avocado sandwich and I ordered the sausage calzone. When I got to the table I checked the bill and I noticed that the girl charged me for two calzones. I went back to the cash register in a different person gave me a cash refund on my Visa purchase. She said she wasn't able to credit my visa. The calzone was great my wife enjoyed her sandwich and my daughter's macaroni and cheese was a huge disaster. It came in a tiny 4 oz cup less than half full. The cheese sauce was light brown in color with a horrible flavor and the noodles were way overcooked. She didn't eat anything. I went back up show the lady she agreed but said that's the way they do it here. I said why don't you have a nice white creamy sauce with better noodles? I also mentioned that it was only half full and she said well that's the way it is that we gave you more than usual we usually fill it less than half full. Less than half full means four spoonfuls but that's okay we threw it out anyway. If you can make the children's food good then they will encourage the parents to come back. Otherwise she'll say don't go back there again.

Great sandwiches. On the expensive side but the sandwiches are shareable size, fresh bread and delicious.
Got multiple food items wrong, added additional items which I didn't know about until after I paid because my order was not read back at either the ordering speaker or pay window AND they forgot to put the extra item into the bag, THEN gave me the complete wrong item. Complete mess from A to Z.

I love Schlotzsky's sandwiches with balsamic vinegar. The absolute best.
I love this eatery and this location but it needs to be lit up more at night or in the evenings. There are no outside lights on at all and it looks like it is closed. You would get more business during those evening hours if you would make it look like it was open.

I called to speak with a manager after waiting an hour for 2 sandwiches and 2 personal pizzas that I’d ordered on the app. The first manager I spoke with told me to call door dash and get a refund-hard to do when you ordered thru the Schlotzsky’s app. When I called back after realizing I’d avoided door dash fees and ordered directly thru them and wanted to know how to go about getting a refund, the second manager I spoke with essentially accused me of lying by saying he personally had made the sandwich I was reporting issues with. Seems to have more onions than lettuce and it was supposed to have no onions at all!

I placed an online order; it was a bigger one around $200.00 the night prior to pick up. I went to pick up, and they could not find my name is the system. I brought them the receipt and confirmed the order. The order had not even been started...this is where a 1-star changes to a 5-star. The gentleman on duty apologized and asked if I could wait 15 minutes. I couldn't, I had a meeting starting soon. He understood offered me a few cinnamon rolls and a drink and said he would deliver it to us. 15 minutes later, he was at my business with food in hand (even a few extras). He was apologetic and professional. Mistakes do happen, and he corrected it. We will be back. Great customer service.
