Unfortunately, I’ve given this location 4 tries. Staff today was exceptionally rude and condescending. Not exactly sure how that will get repeat customers to come back. Now I have to drive to Centerton from Rogers to get Schlotzky‘s!
I ordered delivery from this location yesterday and not a single thing was right with my order… I was given the wrong pizza, the kids grilled cheese was not fully melted and it smelt weird. They forgot my salad completely, and instead of giving me the 2 kids drinks with my order, I received a coke bottle? The fact that every meal I ordered had an issue is disappointing.

I refuse to go to any other schlotzskys other than the one located in Roger's. I have been to over 25 different locations.And this one hands down has never failed me.The food is always fantastic.The atmosphere is peaceful and the staff here has always had such a positive attitude and provided great service! I don't know who runs the place but you're doing a damn good job! Note to add , this has been my favorite location for 7 years! And out of seven years never one time have I had a bad experience.

I’ve been coming here for years and have noticed the service has gone down in recent months. My wait time is much longer and they often say they’re out of items that may take longer to prepare or are missing items entirely. Today I spent so long waiting for my food I put my car in park at the window, then when my food was handed to me the window shut before I could even say anything only to realize my cinnamon center that THEY recommended I get was missing, I tried getting their attention but had to park and go in to ask about it. My food was sitting idly on the counter. I got all the way home before I realized my chips were also missing. Honestly that was the cherry on top of a bad day and I cried. I was reluctant to let go of this place because I have found their food oddly comforting and I’m a creature of habit, but I don’t think the positive outweighs the negative experiences anymore. It’s so disappointing it’s just not worth it anymore.
