Got multiple food items wrong, added additional items which I didn't know about until after I paid because my order was not read back at either the ordering speaker or pay window AND they forgot to put the extra item into the bag, THEN gave me the complete wrong item. Complete mess from A to Z.

I love this eatery and this location but it needs to be lit up more at night or in the evenings. There are no outside lights on at all and it looks like it is closed. You would get more business during those evening hours if you would make it look like it was open.

Would give a 0/5 if it was an option. I called to speak with a manager after waiting an hour for 2 sandwiches and 2 personal pizzas that I’d ordered on the app. The first manager I spoke with told me to call door dash and get a refund-hard to do when you ordered thru the Schlotzsky’s app. When I called back after realizing I’d avoided door dash fees and ordered directly thru them and wanted to know how to go about getting a refund, the second manager I spoke with essentially accused me of lying by saying he personally had made the sandwich I was reporting issues with. Seems to have more onions than lettuce and it was supposed to have no onions at all!

I placed an online order; it was a bigger one around $200.00 the night prior to pick up. I went to pick up, and they could not find my name is the system. I brought them the receipt and confirmed the order. The order had not even been started...this is where a 1-star changes to a 5-star. The gentleman on duty apologized and asked if I could wait 15 minutes. I couldn't, I had a meeting starting soon. He understood offered me a few cinnamon rolls and a drink and said he would deliver it to us. 15 minutes later, he was at my business with food in hand (even a few extras). He was apologetic and professional. Mistakes do happen, and he corrected it. We will be back. Great customer service.

clearly subpar experience .....waited much to long in the Drive through line for my order My order was missing 3 items Had to get back into the drive through for more waiting to ask for my missing items... was told to pull into a parking space and my missing items would be right out.. then a employee came to my window and ask me yet again what was missing... so more waiting.... When My items arrived I was till missing one Item that I ask for ..So lest review. Long wait to get my order. more long wait to communicate what was missing then had to declare once again what was missing to staff ...then wait some more and still never received all I ask for.. Your staff needs to work on your Team and your Communications. I was not happy clearly subpar experience

Very disapointed. We waited 20 min n still no food. I went and asked about our food n they didnt even have a ticket back there to make it uo. So it took another 10 min to get our food n when we did my husbands sandwich wasnt even right. Food was horrible n all we got was a im sorry its been like this all day n 1 free cinn roll. We should have gotten a refund. We spent like 30.00. Do not recomend going there....

I have an allergy and this particular location messed up the order. I'm totally understanding.... but when I contacted them after I had to make myself throw up to avoid a horrible reaction or end up at the hospital, wouldn't even remake my order and gave me the corporate number! Absolutely furious! People make mistakes and I'm fine with that, but to not even resolve the issue without me contacting corporate office makes me want to talk to a lawyer or something..... this is ridiculous over a sandwich and a simple mistake!

The customer service is the best. Friendly and helpful. The bread is so good and the Cinnabon smell is worth walking in for. But, by far the staff is the best thing about this store.
