I paid almost $15 for a concrete, was missing most of the ingredients I ordered. The choc malt we got was only half mixed. Mostly just vanilla with some powder on top. Won’t be back. Very disappointing. Just go to Andy’s next time.

My wife and I decided to give this place a try, to say the least we won’t be revisiting. My wife got a cone and it was melting when they handed it to us like it had sat on the counter for a couple of minutes. I got the smore shake and same problem, it was more liquid than concrete ice cream. Wouldn’t recommend, go to Andy’s instead.

I was really wanting an old fashioned, fountain-counter type chocolate malt. What I received was like a glass of creamy, chocolate cool whip. I was disappointed.

There weren’t many options on the menu, and I ordered the Heavenly Angel shake. Unfortunately, it tasted like it was made with old milk. The menu itself is quite small and confusing — it’s not clear what’s a shake and what’s a sundae. Service was slow, and since we went close to closing time, there was no one at the counter. We had to call out for someone to assist us. Overall, not a great experience.
I went here yesterday with my husband for the first time and we loved it! I had a cookie dough oatmeal concrete and it’s definitely the best ice cream I’ve ever had. The young man at the window was also very nice and polite and got us our ice cream quick. I can’t wait for my next visit!

It’s not Andy’s. I bought a cup of vanilla with fudge brownie topping and received a cup of ice cream with a brownie jammed down in it. Nothing was mixed up. Extremely disappointed.
