It took over 15 minutes just to place our order because it kept getting entered incorrectly, and what we received was completely different from what we ordered. Technology can be helpful, but this location needs someone quick and accurate handling orders.
The food quality here is better than the Regional and 14th Street locations, where the food is terrible, but service flow at this store needs improvement. There were several employees standing around the register while the drive-through experience felt disorganized. It also seemed like dine-in customers were getting more attention than drive-through.
The new blockage in the drive-through lane is confusing. We thought drive-through was closed and almost left, especially since we had kids sleeping in the car and going inside can be loud and inconvenient.

We stopped in for lunch at Slim Chickens here in Rogers and were blown away from the moment we walked in. The service at the point of sale was welcoming and quick, and it only got better from there.
We tried the tenders, a club sandwich meal, and split the Buffalo Tender Mac Bowl — all fresh, hot, and full of flavor. That Mac Bowl is a must try if you’re looking for comfort with a kick!
I want to give a special shout-out to Phillip and the manager who was walking the floor and checking on tables. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests made the experience stand out. It’s rare these days to see a team who takes pride in every part of the meal—from the kitchen to the table.
The restaurant was exceptionally clean, and every staff member we interacted with showed great professionalism and kindness. It’s clear this location takes pride in what they do.

Such a great experience. Very kind manager! Great work ethic and enthusiasm. Definitely recommend(: they make sure your food is hot and if not, they are willing to remake it. The manager gave my husband and I 2 free desserts to makeup for the wait and remake of wings.
