Smitty's Garage Burgers & Beer

Decent burger but over an hour to get our food. We weren’t told that when we placed our order. It was a concert night but we have been here before on a concert night and no issues. And I just asked a server about when our food would be out and she was rude and short with us. We will not be back to this location.

Ended up being 1 hr 15 minutes. Spoke to the mgr. Nearly all the kitchen staff had called out. If we had been told when we ordered. The manager was very apologetic and gave us a refund. Thanked her for that.

I had a good burger at a good price. A little salty, but that never hurt no one.
The restaurant feels like it's going for a Route66 experience and it does well at making a difference in that from other burger joints.

They do very thin cut fries which I don't care for. But the seasoning stuck to the fries very well and tasted good.

You order at the counter and have your food brought out, so there's no wait staff, but we had staff come and check on us regardless.

Overall an enjoyable experience. Definitely in my top 3 overall, I go here when I want something made different or if I was going with the family.

Parking: I went at 6pm and there still 30 spots available in the lot around the mini mall

Kid-friendliness: It's a modern biker look and there is a bar, but the atmosphere feels like a family restaurant not a sports bar

Wheelchair accessibility: The entry corridor is a little hassle, with sharp 90° turns but it's to code

This place has went downhill. My wife and I’s burgers were in pieces, not a patty. The fries were soggy and over cooked. . What a waste of $28 dollars. I won’t hardly send anything back so I just ate what I could.

A rare misque this time. We are vegetarians and always order the Classic with the bean patty. What was delivered to our table was turkey burgers. The server quickly got things fixed and didn't charge us. I left her a tip that covered the cost of the meal. It wasn't her fault and the mistake shouldn't come out of her pocket.

I love a lot about Smitty's, but the last few times I've been, the burgers had WAY too much pepper on them. I couldn't even finish one. Easy in the pepper, guys!

Once again fabulous burgers + fries. Thank you for having safe gluten free options for my daughter !

Love the food here and opportunity to have a turkey burger since I'm allergic to beef. Unfortunately last time I was in they gave me a beef patty accidentally. Brought it back with a new turkey patty saying, no it was right. It was obviously a different patty. I understand mistakes happen, just own up to it and apologize.

Not bad for lunch. Beats fast food. I was hoping for more oomph with the onion rings and the dipping sauce should be thicker. Burger was a bit messy, could call them splash burgers, but enjoyable nonetheless.

Smitty's is always a good experience, soild burgers with plenty of other options, service is good and quick, and they have a cool atmosphere. My go to is the BBQ Bacon Theta.
